mpeltier
"A history of violence" with Vigo Mortenson. The scene in the diner where he defends the diner from two thugs is terrific.
Chris iliff
First Bourne movie, fight seen in the apartment. Where Bourne uses a pen. Leaving the bank in "Heat", my hands down favorite running gun battle. Going to have to revisit Ong Bak.

Gerard
I recently read a really critical analysis of that rescue scene in The Patriot and how it was full of baloney. Still an exciting scene.

my00wrx1
Last of the Mohicans had some good scenes in it though a bit old school (a la The Patriot) and I'm not sure how accurate they are. Someone mentioned We Were Soldiers Once...it's a good movie but its interesting the movie only tells the first half of the story.
converse15
A few that I see were not mentioned yet.It may not be the most accurate shooting scenes, but it is an awesome shooter movie- Boondock Saints. Fighting movies- 300, Gladiator and Braveheart
Cundiff5535
As far as shooting goes... I would agree, its hard to beat: Heat, The Way of the Gun, Ronin, Reservoir Dogs, or Act of Valor. Fighting... shoot man, I am a Kung Fu movies junkie but, to keep it mainstream: Enter the Dragon, Any of the Kill Bills series, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Any of the Matrix, or The Rundown (kinda cheesy but I love this flick).
