Seems USPSA sent notifications to almost all the local TV affiliates in every state that has competitors. Our local station contacted my friend and wanted to come down, interview us and film us preparing for this match. I, of course, am away at work on the river and missed my 2 minutes of fame. My buddy garnered all the airtime. The TV crew stayed almost 2 1/2 hours, filming, interviewing and talking about what it takes to compete in this sport. The anchor even fired a few shots.
