jhgtyre
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. I watch people sleep. You have got to have some great stories I bet he has a strain gauge with a little cup on the end of it.... Thankfully, at least so far, no P.T's. I await the day when the opportunity arises, pardon the pun, for one of our techs to "take one for the team". I had the priveledge of telling the gentlemen where to attach those funny looking, mercury filled, rubber bands with the wires attached to them. The guy who worked the night shift (he made several dollars more per hour and none of us begrudged him his pay) had the strain gauge. He called it the "Portable Pocket Pecker Popper." Those of us who have not suffered from this particular problem should all be thankful. Of all the weird jobs I've had that was the weirdest. It was 20 years ago but somehow the details are still burned into my memory. -ld

P.E. Kelley
I receive compensation for my efforts in the following areas. Photography Writing Gunsmithing Machining Instructing Shooting In the late 1970’s I did spend some of my wasted youth working in a “Harley Shop” as a gunkbrush, parts chaser, booze runner and “rice grinder” wrench. We would only take on non-H-D work when no one was looking. I did not stay long enough to earn the whiskers to wrench on H-D’s but, I did get to “test drive” a few! However my primary source of income is generated via the motivation of electrical current flow to your homes and communities. I am a senior power plant operator at a hydro electric project on the mighty Columbia River. What a neat collection of people! Patrick

Round_Gun_Shooter
Police Office for 12 years which is where I developed the people skills I need for my current occupation. Plumbing and heating Contractor self employed sole proprietor. People are happy now when I come to the door Funny, when I left he PD I had been a firearms instructor for 6 years and stopped shooting for some time. There was always something missing and I could never quite put my finger on it. I dug out my old revolver one day, showed up for an IDPA match, had fun even if they did make fun of my choice of divisions and have continued from there. I shoot revolver in USPSA & IDPA because I miss the abuse I received as a LEO
