Mumbles
Dirt Doctor (Soils Technician) We test soils and concrete for the civil construction industry, mostly roads. Been doing that for about 14 years, started up our own company about 11 years ago. Before that ceiling fixer/plasterboard fixer ( I think you mob call it a drywall fixer) Before that Fitter and Turner. Origonal with the idea of getting into gunsmithing but far more money in a "real" job. I am always interested in the different jobs that shooters do, I have found that a large proportion are small business owners/self employed. All of you have eaten out of cans I had a hand in. I also check the chemistry of the tinning process. Never thought I would end up working in a union...funny where life can take you

dajarrel
For the last 30 years, I have worked for a public utility, generating electricity. I am an Instrument Control Specialist which makes me responsible for all instrumentation and controls needed to run a power plant. Not very glamorous, but its constantly changing, challenging work. Been shooting competitively since 2000 when a co-worker introduced me to man-on-man steel plates. dj Edited November 29, 2007 by dajarrel

Thomas Moore
I've been working as a contractor to Ford Motor Company in their Information Technology department for the last 9 years. My current assignment, which I was recently promoted to, involves Network Planning. I'm also a Reserve Police Office in my local township; I guess I needed a little more excitement. Brian Payne
Chief of Police Been an LEO for 28 yrs. Also raise American Paint Horses, on the side I build log homes (mainly just peel the logs now), do floor covering, help neighbor farmers, whatever else that looks like fun. My wife thinks I need the extra jobs to burn off the excess energy I guess. Just a quick note, I could afford to do a lot more shooting if I could convince my wife we need to get out of the horse habit, but they do tend to "keep me centered" in my life.
