  1. Since you don’t plan to leave the airport, Japan, Hong Kong and Korea in that order. I had been on all those places before retiring from the military. Japan’s Narita international airport is very nice. You’ll find great food to eat while waiting for your next plane. So does Hong Kong and Korea. However, the Japanese are the nicest people I’ve met in my navy career. Good luck and be safe. It’s been a long time since I’d been in Manila.
  2. Yes. That part will shorten the SA take up on the shadow 2. I installed that in my shadow 2 but I like the fitted T3 disconnector better though. The fitted T3 disconnector virtually eliminated the SA take up on my shadow 2. The shadow 2 specific disco has about 1/8” take up after I installed it. I didn’t like it so I installed the T3disco instead.
  3. Just ordered some yesterday. Looking forward to receiving it.
  4. Thats the main reason I didn’t replace mine with the aluminum trigger. The polymer/plastic trigger holds/clamps the setscrew in place.
  5. Hmm, I’m shooting the same ammo albeit without the optic and I don’t notice any muzzle dips at all. I’m also using 10# CGW recoil spring with the stock buffer.
  6. You won’t know unless you try it. What are you going to lose by giving it a try? Not everyone is like Stoeger. Best you can do is give it a try and go from there. Just like when you’re planning to shoot a stage, you’re plan is different from others in your squad. Some are better and some are worse than yours. Everyone’s perspective is different on the same stage.
  7. Same can be said to people that became great teachers or coaches but didn’t quite do well as players. They have a knack of seeing problems, devising solutions and communicating these to their students or players so they can improve and become better. its free advice so I’ll take it. However, most of the times, the reason we don’t take an advice or tip from another person or competitor is due to pride and ego.
  8. No it doesn’t. Shadow 2 uses a D-shaped end on safety’s shaft while the SP01 uses a cylindrical/circular shape.

    P320 X5 Thread

There’s a guy over at sigtalk that has done this to his P320 that hasn’t been upgraded. I know it’s not an X5 but a P320 FCU is essentially an X5 FCU with the exception the trigger shape itself. Trigger kit on non upgraded p320 FCU
  10. I had been using Win 231 with coated, plated and FMJ bullets with good results. In fact, I just bought another 8# jug of it.
  11. Try not to focus on the dot. Instead, focus on the target. By focusing on the target instead of the dot, you won’t have a hard time hitting the target.
  12. Have you tried shooting without your prescription glasses when using your DPP? Reason I ask is for me, it messes up my sight picture when I’m wearing my prescription glasses. However, when I’m wearing my regular non-prescription/nonmagnified oakleys, my sight picture is better and results in faster target acquisition.
  13. That’s how much CZ USA sells them through their MIL/LE sales program.
  14. Having used different sizes ranging from 2 - 12 moa, I like 6moa the best against the glaring Florida sun.
  15. Yes, there are two sizes. The smaller one measures 2.18 on the ends and the center measures about 1.82 in the middle.
  16. Standing - having an erect or upright position. So by definition, you were not in compliance by the rules.
  17. That’s right and that should be it. Plain and simple. But then again, it has or needs to be complicated in order to become a good debate for the armchair lawyers.
  18. It’s funny reading posts of old people bickering at each on internet forums. It’s great entertainment ??. I’m just wondering how would have been if forums were available when they were growing up ??. Too much discussion had had been going on regarding this topic. We already have different division to try to accommodate people wanting to shoot. If a shooter doesn’t want to do a reload every 8-10 rounds, then go limited or open. That’s plain and simple.
  19. Sure, why not. Do it at 20 yards in .8 seconds. ?
  20. Just take out the sear to make the fitting a lot easier if it’s needed.
  21. Post a video or it didn’t happen.?
  22. Just get and install the Shadow 2 extended safety for a painless and no fuss, drop in install. I installed one in my TSO and czechmate.
  23. I don’t think think your recoil spring has anything to do with the malfunctions you experienced. When you field stripped it, did you clean or oil the barrel/slide before putting it back together? Sometimes, too much dirt or carbon buildup can prevent the slide from sliding back into battery when stripping a round from the magazine. Can you measure your crimp? Should be around ~.376 - .377 to prevent setback also if they are too loose.
