  1. Oops, my bad I presume she's quite attractive ??? Any photos in swim wear ?
  2. I'm unfamiliar with Halo .... Any info available ??? What is it ???
  3. You can't leave us hanging like that .... How did it end ??? Did the skunk become a rock and roll star, or exit stage left ?
  4. If you can't wait - buy new. But, you should be able to save some considerable $$$ by waiting. If you found a used gun today, by the time you completed the paper work and the transfer, you wouldn't have much time to work with it prior to April 1st, anyway. So, I'd wait and put on my big boy pants - try real hard NOT to be a big baby ....

    Prince

I don't want to see any more pictures of Prince until he gets his GM card
  6. Have to agree. I've fired 1.5" groups one day, and 2.5" groups another day, with the same gun and batch of ammo.
  7. Those are the only two ways I've found to work I went thru a phase, for a couple months, where I swore I had a mosquito in the bedroom (when I was trying to sleep). Kept my wife up night after night, until I discovered there was NO MOSQUITO - it was just my ears buzzing
  8. Welcome aboard Where, in Italy ?
  9. In my experience, groups at 10 yards will be very small, and very close to the center of the point of aim. However, groups at 20 yards tend to increase in size and distance from the aiming point
  10. 1. Whenever you change bullets (Zero's to Xtremes, eg), you have to Plunk them once again 2. Did everything plunk in the 1911? or the 2011 ? You have to Plunk them into Your Gun (the 2011) and see what happens. 3. When you're loading rounds thru your mag, into the chamber, they fit or they don't fit. You're correct, that's not exactly part of The Plunk Test, but pretty important to make sure rounds feed from you magazines (all of them, not just one). (See comments from JCC7 and Sarge, above). Good luck with it
  11. 1. As JC7 alluded, "almost" may be the problem. Identical means much more. The bullets are all 230 gr FMJ, but are they the same manufacturer ? The OAL is "almost the same," Why Not Identical ? 2. Passing the case gauge is great, but running The Plunk Test (in Your Gun) means so much more. I'd run The Plunk Test on this ammo, in your gun, with your mags
  12. My worst day at the range was better than most other days, NOT at the range
  13. I'd set it for 75 yards, and know where the bullet hits at 10, 25 and 50 yards
  14. Uuuuuuugggggggggggllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
  15. Sighting in for a distance allows you to really determine if the gun is sighted dead on. At a shorter distance (15 yards), it seems like it's sighted in 100%, but is usually off at 30 yards. In reverse (sight in at 30 yards) and it's usually perfect at 15 yards
  16. Tough to tell, will vary depending on the gun, the powder and the bullet. And, accuracy may be great with a light load at 10 yards, but not at 25 yards, while a heavier load may be more accurate out further
  17. I would sight it in at 25 yards, and I'd be willing to bet that it will still be "right on" at 15 yards. Then, I'd try it at 40-50 yards, and see where that hits
  18. If you're having trouble with the SWC's feeding, RN's should definitely help. But, there are other considerations: the crimp, OAL, etc.
  19. Same Batch of BB's ? Different weather conditions ?
