I basically built an Eagle clone but with a flat top using top notch parts. Finished with Graphite Black Cerakote. Rob Tompkins Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Just got these pics from my smith - Josh Hamilton at Hamilton Armory. This is the second gun Josh built for me, the first was a 9mm 1911. This gun is built on an STI frame and slide with cuts and mag well by Brazos. Grip is from Advanced Performance. My new Tactical Sports, already removed the checkering on the grip and sanded the factory grips flat, then cut grip tape to fit them.
