rowdyb
Shake down runs for CO nats. It's just me and Seeklander at the OKC match this coming weekend. And yeah, the co gun does seem faster than the prod gun.
Hi-Power Jack
Wow, he was super fast. Funny, I shot the same COF as a local GM, and didn't think he shot it any faster than I did ... Until they announced his time .... He was TWICE as fast (or half as slow) as me .. I also remember watching a video 20 years ago of Rob shooting an El Presidente, with a .45 -= I thought the same thing -- that ain't that fast. UNTIL, I saw the timer. I've consistently been under impressed (is that a word) with watching the GM's shoot - they do look smooth, I'll give them that - but they really don't look FAST to me. But, they sure are ... alma
I would love to hear more detail or see some video. Are you seeing any interesting trends in CO guns? Looks like several are gunning for the CO title over the Production one.

He will be thought to beat at CO Nats
ChuckS
I bet there are plenty of Area 3 open shooters that are happy that Max is in CO at Area 3! Later, Chuck PS: Why is Tori a "lady" but Julie isn't?

rowdyb
With only 60-some people shooting CO nats, but with some of the names shooting it, and most of the shooters classified as U, I wonder if your match finish percentage will turn into your classification, not just a single classifier....? BARRYJ
We had a six stage classifier match a couple of weeks ago. Max Jr. shot CO, so I guess he would be classified. His dad, who usually shoots Open, shot SS. Went back and checked the scores. We rained out and he only got in three stages. ClangClang
It's pretty impressive how quickly CO has become a real "contender" to pull in top talent.
Big Guy
It's pretty impressive how quickly CO has become a real "contender" to pull in top talent. It will be interesting to see how many of them stay with CO after the CO Nationals.
BritinUSA
I think Max will stick with CO, proivided that there is enough competition in that division,

BARRYJ
That is probably why he is shooting it. Stir up some interest so Sig can sell a few more guns.
DocMedic
I'm pretty sure that the top end of CO attendance is going to drop pretty heavy after CO nationals with limited and open nationals a stone throw away.
LeviSS
That is probably why he is shooting it. Stir up some interest so Sig can sell a few more guns. Yeah...and get another title in a division that most of the top people won't be shooting.

Yeah...and get another title in a division that most of the top people won't be shooting. Yeah I'm sure he's shooting that division because he's hiding from the real competition. Gimme a break. Stuff like that is why most pro shooters usually don't contribute here.
caspian guy
Look at where he finished in the combined results (shooting minor 10 round)... umm pretty sure you can tell (if you didn't know already) Max doesn't need to do much hiding :-)
