Thanks for the heads up. For whatever reason the price was $146 for they gray slideride click 8 MOA. Merry Christmas to me! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I use a polymer click 6moa on my PCC and a poly std switch 8moa on my open gun. I don’t think the material or switch style make much difference. I like the slightly smaller dot on the carbine, but I’d imagine either would be find and you can change the dot module later if needed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I use Wilson ETMs with Dawson basepads in both of my 9mm 1911s. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I use Ghosts with the SS shim, bullets out. Work fine for as much SS as I shoot. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I'm using precision delta 124 gr jhp at the moment. The cracks on my comp are at the top of the rear most side ports on both sides. Gun is packaged up to send back so I can't take a picture. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -

I was feeling good about the aftec fixing my extraction problems...until I notice my comp had cracked at the Tuesday night match. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I’m not the OP, but I put in an Aftec last weekend and ran 200 rounds without a failure yesterday. It’s too soon to say my troubles are over, but this sure seems to have helped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I'm using Eastern Insurance. They have a program for historic, collectible and sporting arms. https://www.easterninsurance.com/insurance-quotes/personal-insurance/historic-firearms . I found the, to be much cheaper than adding a rider on my home owners policy. Also they did not require any scheduling/serial numbers. Also any attachments, e.g. Optics, are also covered. Yes. I have one setup for 3 gun and then several USPSA setups (open, limited, sstk and prod/co). I only use the carbon Arms on the 3 gun setup. The pistol rigs are all on DAA belts and I’ve seen no need for the ratchet on those. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I use one on my safariland belt for 3 gun. I can get the belt cinched down a hell of a lot tighter, and it stays tight. MUCH better for a heavy 3 gun rig. Never felt like I needed the ratchet on a uspsa rig though. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I use Winchester Autocomp in my DVC open. I use precision delta and Montana gold 124 gr JHP. I’m never used RMR bullets so I can help there. The fully jacketed have worked great for me. I load long... 1.165”. When I first got the gun I started my load development at 6.2 gr of WAC which gave me 158 PF. I built up slowly from there to get it to 172 PF using 6.9 gr WAC. Numbers provided for reference only. Work up to you load safely, etc etc. I would do a plunk text to determine the max COAL you gun can take and load out towards that length, but don’t press into the lands obviously. Good luck with the DVC. It’s fun when it runs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I put a Brazos trigger group in both of mine. Huge improvement. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

That was my plan this time last year. I could never get the DVC open gun to run right so I made it my backup and got the CK as my primary. All has been good with the CK...even took a couple of class wins at level 2 matches with it.

I’ve had mine since may. Its running perfectly, about 4K rounds down range. The only issues I’ve had outside of initial problems with comp alignment and throating have been ammo related. Once I got my load and loading process dialled in the gun has ran great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've used the M&P Core, Glock 17 MOS and Sig p320 X five in CO. I don't feel disadvantaged using the 17 vs the 34 I shoot in production. Sight radius isn't really a thing with the dot. I'd say shoot a few matches with the 19 before you decide to mill another gun. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Wow. Takes me 7.3 gr of WAC to get 175 PF in my CK open gun with 3 popple holes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This year I've shot local matches in 7 divisions (all but revo) and have shot majors in 4 divisions (will be 5 at the end of the month). Bottom line...don't do what I've done if you want to get good. While it can be fun shooting many divisions, it's no way to improve. Next year I'm sticking with one, or one and PCC...just haven't decided what the one is yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
