Did he show you where you couldn’t use it in the rules?

No this was via text. He was under the impression it wasn’t legal I’m pretty sure it is. But looking in the rules I can’t find that it’s legal or illegal for that matter.

It’s allowed under the rule 21.6.

extractors, magazine releases, slide stops, thumb

I guess it was only a matter of time before someone started mass producing a full on thumb rest for the P320. Its within the rules, but still...

Seems they are up for sale now...the site must have been updated recently.

I think its a preorder because the front page has a "preorder" announcement.

Still not contact info though...

It seems it sticks out pretty far...so no idea on fit for holsters

Only $135. No way this fits in DAA holster. The little bump of the GO one let me stuff it down in there but it wasn't happy. I am sure someone will make a holster that will accommodate this. So probably $320ish to put thumb rest on sig P320 with holster... 🤑

According to the email I received, its designed for open style holsters.

"The Odin Armory thumb rest is primarily geared toward racers in open class and will require an open style race holster at this time. We have found that non-racers are thoroughly enjoying the product during testing. New users through expert shooters all want the part because of the sheer benefits of better control, better target acquisition, less sight drift, followup shots. Everyone is seeing a minimum of a 30%-50% improvement in shooting groups. 5-7 people want one immediately whenever I go to the range with it. I have included some pics of the types of holsters the part will fit."

Last match I shot at there was a guy that had a DAA racer master with a 3D printed body added on. So it was a regular race holster but covered the front of the gun like  production type holster. This was for a non sanctioned uspsa type match for a FOP fund raiser. Wonder if that type of mod would be uspsa legal for CO?
