Thanks all, I've got a Ghost One on the way S on the way that I'll try

Here is an extra picture with the GX Products holster fit. GX tested it and approved both parts to work perfectly.

True, good point as the Legion's frame is heavier and was an oversight to not test with the TXG grip, as the one previously on hand was returned for being out of spec. Regular polymer grip modules with the grip weight installed is as heavy as was tested without shifting the balance. A heavy magwell and naturally an optic also preclude the grip from being raised. If anyone has a Legion with (non-suppressor height) iron sights, please chime in if the balance still shifts the grip into the air as it would be appreciated.

The largest seen that had issues was unable to operate a TLR-1 weapons mounted light on their pistol without completely changing their grip. Their thumb went forward way past the controls. If you can sweep your thumb down and hit the controls on a weapons light, you'll be good to go. Not sure if they were running a properly sized grip module, like getting the large in that case.

Happy to report after a swift boot kick from GrumpyOne, that I'm graciously unbound to disclose my affiliation with Align Tactical without reprisal as your go-to local Subject Matter Expert. As was readily displayed, my profile name matches the name of the President of Align Tactical. Unlike Facebook, in which I've freely disclosed both my affiliation while simultaneously able to post details on new products, Forum etiquette dictates that companies are not allowed to disclose both affiliation with and mention any new products without being quarantined to their designated Vendor chatroom. Individuals however, are unfettered in their ability to share images and express their thoughts, feelings, and hands-on experiences, thus creating a more interactive and informative environment within main general chat rooms. The content I've shared was perhaps done with an unbridled enthusiasm.. still think it's pretty damn cool, and had to be cognizant of any perception to affiliation in phrasing 'we', 'they', 'I', to continue among a group of Avatars whom tend to have funny names. Now that I won't have to intentionally separate the two to retain chatroom privileges, I'm here to answer any and all product related questions but you're SOL for knowing any new products coming down the pipe... so just subscribe

Yes, very large hands are the one issue I've seen. If your thumbs extend so far forward that you can't hit the controls on a weapons light by just rocking it straight down, it may not work well. Definitely gives more wiggle with an open design than closed one of the other product. Appreciate the feedback on table starts. It was a comment from another competition shooter that stated the same, that helped ensure the thumb rest resolves it when working together. Do you have that issue with all extended mag releases as we are looking at only 2mm more extension.

So we can get to the main course, are you still having the pinching issue? Refer to the FAQ provided as you're rolling the thumb. It's impossible to pinch the other way. When the part was developed with a flat ledge, I shoved my thumb in the slide notch on purpose to ensure I wasn't drawing blood. The resolution was to add a slight slope, match the natural rolling cant of the thumb and pressing it flat. Had to get away from using the Gen 1 style P320 levers where we tend to push into them to keep traction from an extremely sloped lever.

Well guess you definitely satisfied the curiosity and may consider anything I say with implied bias but the observations are sound and my experience with forums is you pay thousands to become a premium member or get banned the moment you state who you are and what you offer. Forums do not allow "advertising" but an individual experience, which I exemplify is tolerated. So consider my name "Publius" in light of our forefathers' collective pen name writings. I respect your perception

Curious what makes you say that from copying and pasting the details from the FAQ? I like the products, think their great, and answering questions from experience. Guess I need to tone down the enthusiasm.

Doesn't have that issue with the thumb rest installed. Runs perfectly and lifts it off the table. They have a picture of it with a reflection on the website for the takedown lever

I thought the same, but checked the FAQ on the website (copy and pasted) which talks about just that in their design: It's true, works perfectly without a single issue when used correctly .. if you use it like a *thumb rest [generic]*, you're asking to be pinched... I just press my thumb flat "like a fingerprint reader" and don't roll the meaty part against the slide.

Takes nearly all noticeable muzzle flip out to the point it doesn't feel like a 9... Absolutely night and day like you said..

X5SigChris, The Offset is definitely the way to go and I've got medium/small hands and still never have to roll anything with this. I can lock my grip and easily press the mag button a hundred times in a row without my grip moving. If you feel you still need to get more leverage then would recommend getting the X-small sized grip and you really won't have to worry. That is unless you are gripping pistols such that your knuckle is rubbing on the beavertail, instead of letting it sit in the middle of the web of your hand where you'll get the proper leverage. Align recently added some media links below their webpage, that gives a good look at the parts (see pic). Your grip will be way higher and more comfortable than you can get with anything else. Feels great, and your thumb doesn't have to travel downward as far since it is offset up higher to meet it. I don't even feel the Offset in my support hand, whereas the Springer goes backwards towards the center of your palm, so you can either have it dig in or accidentally drop a mag as some have done. After running this I don't even bother looking at other upgrades and with the new thumb rest... it is a game changer! I'm a devout believer in their products.
