  1. I feel dumb not realizing this...lol i guess I never checked parallax on my 510c.
  2. Trying a new load with my pcc from what I usually run. Went to rezero my gun. And got it dead on at 25yds. But at closer distance, the grouping isn't directly underneath POA. Its slightly to the right maybe 1/4-1/2" depending on distance, but its visually there. Is this possible depending on ammo? Or do I have something possibly canted, like the optic? I did my best to keep the firearm level. Am I canting the gun even if it doesn't look that way? Thoughts? I feel stupid asking.
  3. sounds iffy for the money...maybe I will look elsewhere
  4. https://taccom3g.com/product/enhanced-pcc-3-stage-air-cushion-recoil-system-ar-9mm/ New release from Taccom...looks interesting... thoughts? is the weight too little?
  5. i guess its a good sense of security. cant hurt right?
  6. Can get a Hayes custom cheaper than Atlases now. Guess it comes down to what features you require. Atlas is about the only one without getting into Venom or Rafferty pricing for 4.6" barrels.
  7. HOB. You will be having to hold much higher to get proper hits.
  8. 4.7 320 slide works better for me than the 5" legion and using 124s. 147's are too slow feeling. same sensation I get in 2011s. But yes, you have to realize carry optic guns are not going to handle like 2011 open guns.
  9. who says I personally want to get rid of it? I have shot open. Its fun. I apologize for sparking the same conversation again. Guess we cannot appease everyone. Just having an open discussion. I like the idea of changing the PF max/min.
  10. Open discussion. With the increase in popularity of 9mm minor, do we see a need to keep major scoring? Is it outdated? Most competition organizations seem to run a minimum PF floor and even allow compensated minor. This brings back the whole "run what ya brung" concept. Just meet the minimum and off you go. If you want to be at a disadvantage, that is on you. Thoughts? I know single stack guys and open probably would not be happy with this, but I feel numbers are not lying these days with the divisions currently popular.
  11. using bds for the 320 too with a Tevo thumb rest. No issues. Thing is bad to the bone! love it.
  12. Just started to notice a rattle in my optic. Some little chunk of something is rolling/moving around. Its not in the battery port, already checked. Nothing else seems to be loose.. Optic seems to be functioning as normal for now...I will keep an eye on it. Any ideas? Could something slip into the emitter hole into the optic body? Loose solder piece? Idk...
  13. good place to start: https://blowback9.wordpress.com/2021/10/22/9mm-ar-troubleshooting-guide-simple-blowback/
  14. Yes, he said they were drop safe before the recall. Recall happened then took credit for fixing the drop safe issue for SIG. He has conflicting information back and forth.
  15. Just had two local shooters have their 320 x5 legions blow up. They both have exclusively shot the x5 legion since it released. One was reloaded ammo; the other factory. Destroyed the barrel/extractor/grip module. They are still going to shoot Sigs. I'm contemplating what to do with mine and/or get this disconnector. I can get mine to release the striker "out of battery" but the barrel is not unlocked. So i am not sure how to take this. Its similar to this photo: https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Fazoo2zcmw29c1.jpg%3Fwidth%3D4032%26format%3Dpjpg%26auto%3Dwebp%26s%3Db13f6573168c0fced16a14cea6a25a83caa236a7 I need to check chamber support on mine.
  16. messed with it at shot. while its an improvement...trigger has a lot to be desired and the fit is meh.
  17. This is why I am not a fan of cassette triggers anymore.
  18. if im paying that money (although i understand why its expensive) I am throwing on a cheely on my Staccato P
  19. did you grind off the glock tabs then? because you still have to pinch the magazine. Or you fighting it and pushing hard on/off?
  20. Hammer hook. They weren't even sure what was "wrong" but they replaced the hammer anyway. Fixed it for a while...then the hammer hook failed again. Rounded it self. Only this time, quicker. Like less than 500rds. I just gave up. Frustrated I threw it away. Just bad luck I guess. Either way, I realized that I do not like cassette triggers anymore. The trigger came back with more slop and wobble in the receiver than when it left (aka no wobble). The anti walk pins aren't my favorite. I did like the reset on the CMC more though. More push to it. I was slightly quicker on the CMC than the hiperfire for double taps. Hiperfire at least you can trouble shoot and take it apart/clean it and replace springs. The CMC trigger is easy to get crap under the cassette and stop your trigger from working as well. I have had it happen. Just my .02.
  21. I have had the CMC pcc trigger fail in my AR-v twice now. Switched to Hiperfire eclipse. No going back here.
