TheArmoredShop
What’s your thoughts on this guys? I use an RCBS prep station with a decrimping attachment but after 100 or so pieces, my hands start to cramp up. I have about 70k worth to do of 223. I've heard of people using a number two Phillips drill bit on a drill. Using the Lyman with a drill, and tons of others. I need FAST and EFFICIENT! Go! George16
I’m using a Dillon super swager. It makes it easy to decrimp all those military brass. Edited February 24, 2019 by George16
mcracco
The pure answer is get a Dillon 1050 or a Mark 7 Revolution. But is the problem doesn't warrant spending thousands get a Super Swager as George suggested.

Bird_Dog0347
Dillon 1050 or the new brass prep "press" for that volume. Or sell all that and buy new in bulk then be sure to pick up your brass.

Chris777
For around $400 bucks you could buy 6k of processed 223 brass and just re-use it..
Butterpuc
This is the same reason that I do not even process my own 556 casings. I just save them and buy processed 556 casings. It is not worth my time or the wear and tear in my 1050.

Where is this? Link please? Everywhere I’ve looked 1000 pcs of processed brass costs 100+ bucks. I dont mind the process as i as I really enjoy this as a side hobby. Once I decrimp the brass it’s done for good.

oteroman
Go to YouTube Search Dillon swager. Watch the speed then you will get your answer. By now you should have all your questions answered. Time to make a decision and move on. Good luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

DWFAN
The Fast and efficient statement means Ammobot or mark 7+1050, or ship it to someone else to process.

Only a couple of days of your life with no breaks in between. I thought process ~1400 rds/hr on my 1050 was slow.
