9x45
BladeTech Revolution holster. About $25. I have the original solid laminate straight drop belt holster that they don't make anymore, but the Black Ice is close to it.

Doellemite
Blade Tech Black Ice is awesome! I ran their DOH attachment for a while, but had to go the toaster oven/extra washer route to keep it within 2". Then I bought the BOSS hanger and haven't looked back. Now I run that set-up on all my production rigs
Sarge
There's a reason BladeTech holsters are so widely used in this game. They are awesome simple holsters. Get a DOH and be fine with it. Oh, make sure to order from Shooters Connection while you're at it.
