poortrader
The more I shoot other multigun matches the more I appreciate how well last year's FNH match was run. Looking forward to this year's match. Not just last year, but every year since inception.

RWatts
I have heard a lot of great things about this match. Was thinking about trying to make this family vacation with a shoot on the last few days. Any one have any ideas on what there is to do close that the wife might enjoy. I don't know the area, but have told it is beautiful there and is pretty close to DC..(not so beautiful)...lol

usmc1094
There are a few Civil war battle fields near by. (Gettysburg, and Antietam) Harper's Ferry is also in the area, and tends to have reenactors most weekends. Catoctin zoo may be something to look at that keeps you out of DC. Moltke
I heard there was also a major 3-Gun match being held nearby that family can come watch too. It's called FN something?
Dan Sierpina
The match being half day format will enable families to do something besides hang out at the range all day.

If you have to fly into Reagan National (DCA) then it's not too bad either as Reagan is just inside Virginia.

If you have to fly into Reagan National (DCA) then it's not too bad either as Reagan is just inside Virginia. Unless you really want to go to DC for some reason use Dulles. You will be 1/2 to 1-1/2 hours closer to the range depending on what time you arrive unless you have some overwhelming desire to try your hand at NOVA traffic. SonOfSpartans
$80 bucks a night Most of the local hotels (Holiday Inn, Hampton etc.) are already showing elevated rates for the dates of the match. If you look through Room Key service the Comfort Inn in Martinsburg is still showing rooms in the range you are looking for. Might not last long...
