you should have two punches one for large primer one for small ,they need to be changed over accordingly.

We shoot pins once a month at my local club , there is a 4 foot by 8 foot metal table to set up the pins ,five pins spaced 16 inches apart---22lr gets the pins 1foot from the back edge – 38 specials & 9mm 2foot from the back edge 375's and larger go 3foot from the back edge. A few years ago I built a single stack 10mm that I load with 180 grain full metal jackets clocking 225 power factor, it TAKES THEM OFF. My personal best time is 2.89 seconds.

Years ago while helping make dinner I was making the mashed potatoes . The mixer was an older type where the cord pluged into the wall outlet on one end and into the mixer on the other end .my bowl was just far enough away from the outlet that after a few passes in the bowl the cord became upluged from the mixer and fell into the potatoes ,without thinking I picked up the end of the cord and licked off the potatoes . DON"T lick 120 volts.

On the other side of the flange from where the damage is , does the round nub of the guide rod fit and nest into the frame and sit square ?

should be #5 shellplate ,anda #3 locator pins,as a last resort chuck the pins in a hand drill and grind them down all the same diameter with a file, untill the case will pass by in the shellplate.

You could also try putting a very HIGH polish on the disconnector rail so it will slide over the top round , not drag the top round forward .

Are there a sufficient numbers of press manufactures that use vertical prime loading systems to warrant primer manufactures selling primers pre packaged in tubes ,like in disposable straws instead of flat trays that need to be flipped to the correct side up then picked up?

pull the entire tool out pour the powder into the jug through a funnel,then cycle the slide over top of the jug untill no more powder comes out.

have you thought about a shop that could hard chrome the frame?

the hood of barrel in the chamber needs cleared for the rim on the super,if the barrel was cut for supercomp only.

The gun was blowing out the bottom of the case at the rim or just blowing the rim of the case off completely. The ammo was tried in two other STI open guns and produced the same results. how did that conversion start "I have this load that is blowing the rim off of the case want to try it in your gun"
