  2. Here is another significant change..... http://www.idpa.tech/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Ruling-on-Fault-lines.pdf If you are short-armed or inflexible, the shooting position is "unfair". Call the MD and ask for the fault lines to be changed. I guess low ports and prone could be tossed, too
  3. I had the same problem which was made worse by the setback of the 90* mount. I switched to a Cheely 90* that is not set back and this gave a lot more room for the Go Gun. <<<<instead of this>>>> I like the Nitrofin for my Limited gun but I found that my thumb would rub against the edge of the mount. Subsequently, I have changed to a Deltapoint pro with the Everglades thumb rest. It allows my thumb to extend more naturally than the vertical position dictated by the Go Gun
  4. ^^^This. I use it with the DAA cart. If you need more carrying capacity than this, you will need a Sherpa
  5. I don't know... It is supply and demand. The supply is currently low/zero so let's see how bad someone wants a LimPro. If I absolutely needed to have another one in 9mm, I would not think twice about spending the extra $150ish over retail. I have wasted more cash on dumber things too many times.
  6. You have to adjust the collator nose guide in or out so the bullet, when point down, falls off the ledge and gets flipped upright. Adjust it so that when the bullet is point up, the base of the bullet does not fall off the ledge. You can also experiment with the number of the cardboard-ish inserts used. FWIW, when using 9mm 115g JHP (similar shape as your FP), I am using all of the inserts. Less than 1% are upside down
  7. Agree that it is not a powder issue. Are you sure that the primers are spent or just dented??
  8. FWIW, I am an Open Newb who started shooting with 125g 38 Super. After reading this thread, I got some 115 JHPs and headed to the range with the timer and chrono. Zero 125g JHP 9.6g of 3N38 vs. MG 115 g JHP 10.4 3N38 yielded similar PF (169 vs. 170) The 125s felt slightly softer, neither were particularly harsh The dot movement with the 115s was appreciably better (for me) The timer seemed to show an advantage to the 115s The velocity that I was recording was very similar to the published VV load data for 38 Super Lapua--10.4 g is listed as the maximum load
  9. It is not nearly as essential as the case feeder but the Mr. bullet feeder just makes the 650 sooooooo nice
  10. We have an "L" shaped garage. I enclosed a section with dry wall and put in a ductless A/C unit. Very comfortable.
  11. 1:45 from my house (NE of downtown). Not far enough to justify a hotel but an annoying commute on I-4
  12. Maybe we could camp out on in your back yard given the lack of anything in Frostproof!
  13. Will be interesting to see how they will change around the stages in the 3 hours of daylight between matches
  14. In my experience, I found that using a horizontal mount, *thumb rest [generic]* and left-sided racker caused too much crowding on the left side. A short horizontal racker on the right alleviated the issue
  15. Nonsense. It is aggressive for sure but after a few sessions you will have adapted and be grateful about the grip you have purchased. IMHO, nothing better for hot humid climates or extra sweaty palms. For the record, I am not a manual laborer with ridiculously calloused hands.
  16. Turn the outer belt around and run the overlap in the back.
  17. Was any effort made to blend your magwell? Here is a picture of my (SVI) magwell that Atlas did for me for comparison
  18. So are they more aggressive or less aggressive than the aggressive micro pockets?
  19. At 2016 Open Nationals, 86% used 121-125g, 12% 115g
  20. All major matches should be run this smoothly. Not having to paste or reset steel was fantastic. Well worth the long drive
  21. First time with the RTS. Switched from a 90° mount with a standard Cmore The new mount is made by the gun's builder, designed for the RTS. He asked me to return the mount and RTS to him for evaluation
  22. I just bought a new RTS2. Out of the box it was 15 inches low at 15 yards. Still 2 inches low after I turned the elevation screw as far as possible. Returned and waiting for resolution
  23. This is uncommon but if all else fails and you still have intractable symptoms due to atrial fibrillation, they can ablate your AV node and insert a permanent pacemaker. Not my first, second or third line therapy but sometimes unavoidable. Also, the quality of Electrophysiologists vary. A lot.
  24. This. I love Dawson Precision but my Brazos HP has been great for >25K rounds
  25. This. The STI DVC 3-gun pistol comes in one caliber, 9 mm. Unless you are planning on using it for limited major, 9 mm is the only logical choice
