  1. In addition to the Large Primer Magazine Assembly 22031 $8.50, need to add the Complete Primer Slide Assembly, Large 20124 $21.75 (or at minimum just the Large Primer Cup 13621 $4.05). Don't forget large primer pickup tubes: Large Primer Pickup Tube Assembly 22029 $7.99 http://www.dillonprecision.com/docs/SDB_Pg_4.pdf
  2. CZ Compact L is 1.330", should be about the same for the regular CZ compact steel frame.
  3. Thanks guys! I hope I'm done with 3...I need a nap!
  4. Welcomed our newest addition to the family last week! The only part I don't like is that I don't get to the range very often, but it's great watching them grow up! I'm looking forward to sharing my hobbies with them and the day when they beat me in a competition. Got a few years to go yet...
  5. Just found this list and thought I'd bump it to the top for all the CZ fans out there that are trying to understand the similarities and differences between the models...enjoy and thanks TRGT!
  6. +100, if it's not good enough for a match then it's not good enough to shoot. Maybe you have a preferred projectile for major vs local matches? That I'd understand.
  7. Over travel screw on 1911's seem to be one cause. Check out Rick's explanation on one of the latest PowerFactorShow episodes. Interesting.
  8. Let's get some more bullseye clubs going! Thanks for the motivation, Joe (and great trigger control)!
  9. Rubber is great IF you can reach the trigger in DA...
  10. He he, must be a Midwestern term for the metal curved hook we typically use to hang potted plants from. And yes, they work to hold steel targets but will get nicked up and may have sharp edges after a few sessions.
  11. Wow, for the new generation that maybe doesn't realize guys like TGO have been doing this so long... that was epic!
  12. Just talked to a local Scheels in IA City, they have a couple 700X and Titegroup 4lb jugs for less than $80 (I only reserved one). Good to see things slowly coming back!
  13. 4.2 gr WST at 1.250" OAL pushing 200 gr Xtreme RN is about 145-150PF, but it worked great in my compact 1911 as a plinking load. Not sure if you can get down to 130PF...only cause I never tried!
  14. Very cool...license plate and hitch cover actually made me laugh. Out loud. At work.
  15. I haven't used the 255gr but your OAL and WST grains appear in the ballpark. Might start around 3.5gr and work up just to be sure.

    holsters

Agreed. Bladetech and Comptac are the two most popular brands for USPSA.
  17. Agreed. CZ's have short chambers. I load to 1.075" using Flat Point bullet profiles. Round nose profiles should be able to go a bit longer, around 1.15-1.2" which is pretty near SAAMI spec if I recall. Remove the barrel and do the plunk-and-spin test with those rounds. Make sure they spin easily, dropping it in alone isn't a good test.
  18. Another big match not too far away...Wisconsin in August is delightful!
  19. Just talked to my local CZ dealer and he has 2 that just came in. Call him. Matt (Hunting & Shooting Supply) Mobile:1-319-270-2399
  20. Ive only seen the cataloge pics, so this tells me it's more real than the 3 pages they devoted to it!
  21. My SDB and my helper monkeys filling up cases and counting to 100!
  22. If you can find one of these, I've been using one for the past year and I've been impressed. Not great for rifles indoors or if you're RO-ing a lot of Open pistol shooters. http://www.honeywellsafety.com/Products/Hearing/Intelligent_Hearing_Protection/QUIETPRO_QP400.aspx?site=/usa AVAILABLE FOR DOD, FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY ORDERING.

    CZ 75 TS Orange

TS Orange... Maybe I'll hold of upgrading my ts and see if CZ UB finally gets some Czech mate frames shipped. I won't hold my breath too long...
  24. +1, enjoyment of the same hobby is usually enough but a six pack of beers goes a long ways too!
