  1. Should be an "old-style" SV tube. They are good stuff! As previous poster mentioned, there are multiple means or dwaling with this issue: 1- Different basepad that is a tiny bit shorter 2- Removing material (small amount) from rear of feed lips, where they are contacting the guage 3- Removing a little material from bottom of basepad
  2. A buddy just picked up an F12 and says it runs pretty well with the slightly warmer ammo. May be a little sensitive to the various "2-3/4" shell lengths out there...
  3. OP never mentioned anything about using it in matches...
  4. Procedural per position skipped, so 6 Procedural.
  5. Kinda... Just challenging to accomplish without some kind of measuring jig to denote the points that contact the length limits in the gauge...
  6. Same thoughts here. Can't imagine where we would be without your service. Thank you!
  7. OP question can only be answered by OP after trying both himself. Either is a great choice. Adjusting loads and springs will have either one shooting super-soft and smooth.
  8. "Nuked" as in blew it up with over-pressure ammo...?
  9. I would start with trying to sell it complete. Part out of needed later. Could swap to a basic .308 barrel and try selling it that way as well. Need to get it in front of the PRS gas gun shooters.
  10. Brass makes up nearly all of the difference. And time spent keeping up with/collecting brass for .38 v. 9mm...
  11. Stinks when you go longer than anticipated between loading sessions and forget which powder is in the hopper...
  12. Agree with what others have said mostly. You got a TON of advice already on opportunities for improvement. You cant fix ALL of the stuff at one time. Pick one thing at a time to focus on improving. Make sure you don't train in any "bad" habits during the process. You're doing great! Keep it up.
  13. Keep smacking it. Try a little heat to soften the carbon build-up that has semi-welded it in place...
  14. Definitely some of both at different times and with different intentions...
  15. I ran one on a 650 for a while for 9mm. Definitely beats the one-at a-time thing. Having a few of the magazines makes it better to me... I didn't have any issue with it functioning correctly .
  16. Bladetech wrs works well, but discontinued now... I've been pleased with my holster from G-code as well. I'm sure Red Hill could hook you up.
