  1. Well I just did it and ordered one of the Anet's 3d printers you bought.  Any helpful hints would be appreciated

Cool. Text me at 504-450-2111 I'll send you some pics. I would get a bigger power supply. The one that comes with it works but  reviews say it wears out and heats up to quick. Also get the good stick pad for the things to print on. Heat pad with it adddd works great no premature movdndng while items being printed. Plus when you get up and running there are a bunch of upgrades for it you can print for it. I suggest doing all of them. Other people told me to definitely do it when you up and running. I will be doing them hopefully in couple of weeks. I think most important thing is to level the pad correctly. Take the time it will be worth it to get it right. I did and my first test print came out perfectly. Just hit me up if anything comes up. I took my time putting it together and I couldn't be more happy with it. For $150 and the way it prints wow is all I can say. I got about $75 extra in the extra parts pad and power etc.

  2. Resistance is futile. I had been holding off on buying one... think my excuses have just been eliminated. So I will be spending time the next couple of days shopping around

    97B"E" at 100 yards

Joe, Good shooting. Thanks for sharing. I wonder how many folks could not do that well at 25 yds...
  4. I have been thinking about selling my Accushadow due to the grip... looks like you may have given me a great option to be able to keep it. A plus sized grip is in my future. THANKS
  5. A gallon milk jug works pretty well too. Small opening so no need for a cut lid for the hose
  6. Nice. I thought about that but have not done it. Amazing how many times i have broken or bent that part
  7. At least some of the issues I used to have with this were related to the retainer spring (occasional kinks affecting tension) and not making sure the case i put in by hand was all the way in where it needed to be
  8. First video shows seating in 4, crimping in 5 Nice work on the automation
  9. Trigger finger is the best. My biggest issue is switching occasionally between paddle release and American button release. I am thinking about it and all is good when I am on a paddle, but going back to a button has been 'interesting' at times in the past
  10. Agree with it probably being the extractor. I had an occasional issue with an STI Eagle and it turns out there was some residue buildup under the extractor that I had not cleaned (cleaning.... something we all dislike but if we do not do it we can get bit on the butt)

What do you call a cow with 2 legs? Lean beef what do you call a cow with no legs? Ground beef

    22/45

Great old design with a lot of after market parts. I have experience with Volquartsen and have a couple worked on by Clark Custom The key with reassembling a Ruger 22 is to make sure your third hand is in the right position while standing on your head... If you are not totally frustrated I would suggest another dissaembly/ reassembly or two to make sure everything is back in place. (I have several and have to refer to a video or written instructions everytime I do it... I try to do total cleans on several on the same day to make it faster by the end)
  13. Nothing wrong with a little duct tape insurance... (coming from someone else that also did it). Was always afraid of accidently knocking it off and having a mess so a little insurance makes me feel better
  14. BritinUSA - now that is a great pic... thanks for posting
  15. hummm... 6" gets my attention for sure can't wait
  16. Sometimes. If I have mixed range brass (mine plus possible others from a messy range) I will use it to try to minimize the chance of having Glocked brass (bulged at base brass not resized). It seems to do better than my normal Hornday die at getting to the bottom
  17. You do not need Lemi Shine if you have soft water. It is a nice protection that ties up calcium in water and keeps it from leaving hard water spots. I use it as the water here in Ft Worth can be on the edge of hard
  18. There is something special about rivalry week incollege football. Eiher team can win. Been privelidged to be at a fee of them in the past and think the energy and excitement cannot be beat
  19. If you clean a field stripped gun in the ultrasonic try compressed air to quickly remove the water/ detergent from the nooks and crannies (if you are worried). If you do not have a compressor a can of the compressed air used to clean computers works also
  20. Agreed that a full house custom from a big name smith are hard to beat. But I prefer my Infinity to my Dick Heinie Full House Custom. Not getting rid of either, just Infinity is something special
  21. Followed the link on the Cabelas site. Looks like it is only $50 on the M&P Pistols, and only for Military and ex-military (through December). S&W did have a free mag (2 or 3?) that ended at the end of May.
  22. I have some 130 gr inbound right now and that is the load I was planning to start with. Glad to hear it is so consistent
  23. CDNN has all of the Pro Customs at $989.99. Not as good as when they had the 18-9 and 14-45 at $120 less and the Para $100 rebate, but still not too bad for what you get

    CZ 75 TS Orange

Would really like one... I would definately take one over the TS Parrot on page 67 of the EngineerEli link. The Parrot looks like clothes a blind golfer would wear
