Tattoo
Looking to replace my MPX trigger for PCC. Anyone have any good luck with anything in particular?? I am looking at a KE or maybe Velocity? T Link to comment
magoo
I put a Geissele SSA-E in my MPX. I have about 600 rounds on it and it is working great. Link to comment
alma
Running a Hiperfire right now. Timney 2-stage should work a well. Link to comment
Nathanb
Which hiperfire alma? I've been toying with the idea of replacing the trigger in mine. Link to comment
alma
Right now I am running a 24C. Taran Butler is also apparent running a Hiperfire. I think he is using the 3 Gun model. I asked Hiperfire about whether their triggers are compatible. They said they hadn't done formal testing but they think that the extra spring setup might function similar to the factory trigger bridge that SIG uses on the stock trigger. Link to comment
alma
I should add that about 150 rounds into my first range session my trigger started burst firing. Turns out that the hammer pin was walking out. Replaced the pins with some KNS and it's been good so far. Link to comment
jon49erfan
If you look at their facebook page, they just uploaded a video of them shooting a MPX with a 24C Link to comment
fishhunter3
I put a elf 3 gun in my MPX have about 900 rounds thru it with no problems, 3 people used it in its first match, Link to comment
Reekus
Another vote here for the Geissele SSA-E. I've tried the CMC triggers as well as the hiperfire. I liked the hiperfire, just don't know what the reliability is like on them. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk Link to comment

I have an extra SSA-E I could try as well. Never seen a hiperfire? I will check it out T Link to comment

jon49erfan
Oh. Well there you go. I asked them the same thing a little while ago and they told me the same thing they told you. I'm assuming that since they reposted it, it's good to go. Link to comment
RolexJohn
I followed Alma's recommendation and went with the Hiperfire 24E. Link to comment
2011BLDR
Geissele B-GRF. 3K so far, no issues. Link to comment
v1911
SD3G in mine. No issues so far. And if there is, Geissele will stand behind their product. Link to comment
gose
Elf 3gun triggers in both my carbine and pistol. It's a great trigger and they have stated they fully support use of their triggers in MPXs too. Good enough for me Link to comment
GregJ
I've been running a SSA in my MPX, but wondering if I should go back to stock now that Geissele is stating their triggers are not compatible with the MPX. Sometime this year they are supposed to come out with a SSA-MPX. https://geissele.com/super-3-gun-s3g-trigger.html Link to comment

ctay
Eesh that's not good. I'm using an Elf and the MPX does beat the heck out of the hammer. But when I look at the stock sig hammer it looks the same so I wasn't worried. Now I have to think about carrying an extra trigger in the back up parts kit... The MPX is really hard on any trigger you put in it. I wouldn't be surprised to see more stories of failure in the future until MPX specific triggers start coming out. Link to comment

Yep...that was a fellow Ohio shooter whom I well know. Same thing happened to me with my Elf 3-Gun. The skeletonized hammer seems to be the culprit. I had it replaced with their match trigger which is the same as their 3-Gun model, but has a solid hammer. Elfman indicated they've seen several of the 3 Gun models have broken hammers due to a heat treat issue. There were very easy to work with on the replacement. Link to comment
MrRick
I put a CMC flat trigger on mine. 1300 round no problems with it. Link to comment
Neomet
Hiperfire 24C. 2600 rounds with no issues. Link to comment
Thaunk
I've got a Geissele SSA-E in mine and run it through a few paces. Hundreds of rounds, several cleanings, and a couple full competitions. Seems to be holding up just fine. I will counter that with I'm a Geissele fan though. Both of my ARs have their trigger as well. Link to comment
SergioSF
Anything new from any manufacturer on an MPX-specific trigger? Last I heard is that Geissele is that they were hoping to release their MPX trigger in Q1 2017. Link to comment
Chris Keen
Another vote for the Hiperfire 24C trigger here. 600 rounds so far with no problems. Link to comment
