  1. I’m willing to bet you will have a really nice shooting rifle without having to use an adjustable gas block with this barrel. I would run it with non adjustable, and i’m OCD about my how my rifles shoot.
  2. Same size port as 16. Should be great with non-adjustable gas block.
  3. It really depends on what you’re going to use it for. The Razor has arguably the best 1x of any scope out there, with the biggest eye box . The NX8 has probably the smallest eye box of any scope i’ve used. If you’re shooting 3 gun, then I think the Razor is better.
  4. I agree. I've considered switching over to els, but I have very little real estate to work with, so tek loks allow me to move things around better than els would. Unfortunately most guys are running els, which makes it difficult to swap gear.
  5. I would stop stressing and go light contour. I think the bigger benefit is the shorter barrel, not necessarily lighter. For 3 gun 7.3 lbs is really light, I wouldn’t want anything lighter.
  6. Price. There is not enough of a weight drop to make any noticeable difference. If you can get a non “E” cheaper then go for it.

    Mag release cz ts

Check the mag catch spring to make sure it’s seated properly. If it’s off a little bit it can add resistance to the mag.
  8. Vortex Razor is an easy choice. It has the best 1x i’ve seen. The body of the scope virtually disappears. It’s as close to a red dot as you can get. I would steer you toward the MRAD reticle over the JM-1. The MRAD gives you more options, wind holds, and you can still run it like a ballistic reticle.
  9. This is the gun you’re looking for: https://forums.brianenos.com/topic/262768-wts-cz-tactical-sport-9mm-amazing/
  10. Most horribly frustrating thing I’ve ever done in shooting was shooting at G43 in a GSSF match. Good luck. I took a pair of sights off a G19 and put them on the 43, it was perfect.
  11. There are a ton of JP GMR PCCs out there, we have 6,000rnds through ours without issue. So a JP trigger is a pretty safe bet.
  12. Odin and stretch precision make 16” barrels with intermediate length gas systems. Criterion and SMOS Arms make 16” barrels with rifle length gas systems. I’ve been very happy with the stretch 16, but the Odin and criterion barrels look like a really good value.

  14. Got one last week for my daughter. She’s put about 1,000 rounds through it without a hiccup. I’m impressed so far, we’ll see if it holds up.
  15. If you have small hands then the gen5 may fit/feel a little better, but other than that I would say almost zero difference. if you're a lefty it may be better. Greater selection of aftermarket parts for gen3.
  16. I run Dawson on all my glocks, I like that I can select the height and width of the post and width of notch to get a sight picture I like. Unfortunately the Dawson’s rust, TTI won’t rust.
  17. Perhaps a poor choice of words on my part. A heavier gun is more stable and there is less movement with recoil. The less the reticle moves off the target and the quicker it returns to the target the happier I am.
  18. Currently you have to shoot .40 in limited to be competitive. I wouldn't mind seeing a change in minor scoring (3.5points for C, 1.5 points for D) to give minor a shot at being competitive. .40 would still have the edge, but this would cause some people to seriously consider shooting minor. It could be interesting.
  19. Part of your problem may be that your loading port needs to be opened up more than it is. The loading port makes all the difference in the world with quad loading.
  20. Agree with this assessment completely. That being said, Viper is head and shoulders above the strike eagle.
  21. I'm running SLR gas blocks on a couple rifles. One is a 16.5" rifle length gas barrel with JP SCS and lightweight BCG, and I have the gas block open just a couple clicks. It runs everything including PMC 55g. I would recommend removing the gas block, inspecting it for anything unusual, and reinstall being very careful to align properly with gas port.I I agree with Steve133, SLR gas some of the best customer service in the business.
  22. I was really impressed with how light this Primary Machine G34 came out. Perhaps they can lighten yours.
  23. Great, those guys transform a benelli into something magical.
