  1. Hayes Customs. I'm pretty sure they can get it done quick.
  2. I’m running a G34 with the Primary Machine ucc v1 cut, which is essentially the v2 on a G17. With the vortex venom mounted the slide is 2oz lighter than the factory slide. With a jager guide rod with 13lb spring, this gun tracks better than any other Glock I have. i don’t think it will really matter which cut you go with, just pick the one you like the best.
  3. The safariland is really hard to beat for the price, I think they have 25% off right now.
  4. The beretta is a great gun, reliable, lightweight, and soft shooting. I bought one for my daughter, she loves it. I love my Benelli, but the beretta feels more solid.
  5. 24” IC Carlson choke 1oz fiocchi are poa at 100yd.
  6. I would avoid the JM pro, too many better options. Trouble shooting and tinkering just to get your gun to run reliably is frustrating. Benelli’s are great. Very low maintenance and they run well. Beretta’s are great if you want a gas gun. If money is tight then I would look at one of the Benelli alternatives like the Stoeger or Franchi from MOA, or maybe a Breda.
  7. Milling is better in all aspects except for flexibility in using different optics. If you are thinking about experimenting with different dots, then MOS makes sense. If you know you are going to run a DPP, probably best dot for CO, then get it milled. Primary Machine is an excellent choice for milling slides, their process is the most precise and robust.
  8. I have one of these, soft shooting and accurate. 1/2" groups @ 100yds. Chamber is pretty tight, won't extract wolf gold, but runs everything else.
  9. I've experienced the same thing. I sanded some Glock mags, but have had the best luck with ETS mags.
  10. They make a compact stock for the M2.
  11. If you're going to build a rifle, there is a lot to consider. If you are going to buy, then buy a JP.
  12. Try a heavier recoil spring. light slide with light spring and hot ammo is not the best combo. What spring are you using in the stock 34?
  13. It feels exactly the same as my Stretch 16 built on the same receiver set. I'm not fan of lightweight builds. I find a heavier rifle shoots flatter, but I wouldn't consider this a heavy rifle. I recall seeing the specs and thinking it was heavier than I wanted, but it handles and shoots so nice. You're getting it for 3 gun, you'll love it.
  14. I used the SMOS handguard. I used a dremel sanding wheel to remove some material to make sure there was zero contact.
  15. You may be able to get away with the non captured, but the captured you need to use the gen5 from jager. The gen5 is longer.
  16. SMOS is an OEM for companies like Larue and Noveske, well not Noveske any more. Everything they make is top notch. That 13.7" barrel is impressive. They also make a 16" rifle length barrel i would like to try.
  17. Also, I recommend the JP 2 piece gas block on a pin and weld barrel.
  18. I’m using the SMOS 13.7” with a JP 3-port comp. to make 16”. The SMOS barrel is mid length gas and .223 Wylde chamber. It’s been very accurate and soft shooting.
  19. These look to be the same as the cryptic coatings bcg, but $200 less. My guess is they're both made by toolcraft, just coated differently. Looks like a great budget option.
  20. Throw in a TTI spring kit and call it a day. Easy, cheap, and good enough.
  21. I used one on a 13.7" pin and weld, it's the best way to go for that. I was really impressed with that gas block, well made, low profile, and has detent adjustments.
  22. I dremeled off the checkering and then used skateboard tape in place of it. It looks good and I get a much better grip on the gun.
  23. I'm going to throw the G34 MOS out there, this gives you the option to shoot Carry Optics. This gives you the most flexibility.
  24. Just got some king caddies in, so far I'm impressed. Smooth release with great retention. Winchester AA don't work great in them because the brass head is not magentic. The federal and fiocchi I use are fine.
  25. Email or call them, i’m pretty sure they will sell the lowers now.
