  1. .45 fmj, they were out for a while
  2. Ordered yesterday, 9-14, from PD and they have shipped today with FEDEX. This is extremely fast...but I checked the site daily twice if they have anything in stock for what I wanted. And the order should be here on the 17th....great!!
  3. Nobel Sport Vectan powders are great, very economic (1.1 lbs for about $20) and available at Graf's. I use BA9.5 for 357 mag, but it can be used in pretty much all pistol calibers. I also stocked up on Prima and Prima V which I like for 9 mm, but they are no longer available.
  4. Which brands have you used?? Winchester and also Remington do work not well at all in the Vibra Prime, Federal works perfect. If it works fine with Win and Rem, it would worth getting one.
  5. Then you are very lucky!! Buy as much as you can afford.....
  6. I used at least 10K of the small pistol, they are good, never had an issues with them. Cabelas used to have them quite cheap, maybe $20/1000 - but this was about 3 years ago.
  7. I have this one as well and i compared it to the analytical scales in the lab of our company, it was right on. I have mind sitting on a slab of granite (sample from kitchen countertop store) and top of a piece of thick foam (say anti fatigue floor mats).
  8. I have both and I find the Armanov to be a tad tighter than the Shockbottle, both are anodized black, but the Shockbottle's holes are a bit rounded over while the Armanov have sharp edges.
  9. At present time, it really doesn't matter, depends if you can get any - that are affordable. People paying stupid prices right now.
  10. Got a call from Dillon today and the pin is on its way - free of charge. Great company! The guy on the phone told me that they are crazy busy at the moment.
  11. This is what I tried for a couple of days, and emailed, and left request for call back on the site, but no chance to get into contact with them, and they never called or emailed back,
  12. Was going to clean my seating die, and the insert and the pin fell out. Never found the pin again after an hour of searching on my basement floor. Couldn't find it on Dillon's website. Anyone knows the number so I can order a couple. Thanks
  13. So today I went to the range and shot quite a number of these, and did not have any issues. Guess the storage conditions did not affect the ammo and its performance. Thanks for all your input.
  14. All components, like primers, powder etc are in my basement. This is just ammo I could not store in my very tiny basement anymore due to space issues. I plan on using this one first, but I wanted to know if there is any problems I may run into. I know there is a lot of guys who reload in their garage or in sheds outside the house and even store their components there, and a lot of you live in the hotter areas of the country. Not planning on storing more in the garage, but due to the virus my range was closed since March and I just had finished a larger reload run.
  15. I store some of my reloads in my garage due to space issues. In the last months we have had really warm and humid weather. Temperature during the day will reach high 90's and it drops to about 80 over night. Should I expect any issues with the reloads being stored at such temperatures?? My space in the basement is a bit limited, so the overflow has to go to the garage. Any input from you guys is appreciated.
  16. I have two 550 and load 9 , 45, 38 spl and 357 mag, never had a round not falling into the box. Maybe your chute is not installed right or somehow bend.
  17. Same here, the Win are a pita with the vibra prime....but they are nice primers otherwise, they are my go-to primers.
  18. Got my 9 mm today and it was the same length as the Dillon dropper die, so I just took the Dillon out and put the alpha dropper in - easy, no adjustment needed.
  19. I use magnum primers, but also have used standard spp. My powder is Vectan 9 1/2, works great for me. I did not see much, if any differences between the primers, but I have no chronograph data.
  20. My order for PD 124 JHP, a case of 3600, is $312 with free shipping
  21. I ordered mine on the 6th of April, and got the shipping notice yesterday, so expect about a month as well.
  22. Just got my shipping notice from PD for a bulk order of 124 JHP I ordered on the 6th of April.
