Most have already mentioned all the low hanging fruit. I would practice loading up before your draw. The draw looked really slow in the first video. And you didn't have your support hand ready to accept the gun.
You're doing great! just keep at it. It doesn't happen overnight.
I'm still not understanding what he did. Did he pick up the gun, step, shoot and the round went through the barrel while he was engaging the target? or did he pick up the gun, step and shoot through the barrel while retrieving the gun?
Those are a bit pricey for t-shirts. I think I'll stick with my Columbia PFG shirts. and they have a collar for roughly the same price. And in the Florida heat, we need all the protection we can get.
How often do you check the powder drop to ensure it's throwing consistent loads? (Before the squib) With all this pandemic crap going on, shooting matches had been non existent. When I'm loading ammo for practice and I haven't loaded in over a week, I pull the first ten cases out after the powder drop and measure the powder to ensure I'm getting a consistent drop.
I have the M&P Pro Gen 1 and a CORE slide that I use with it. I use the TTI extended base pads. I would suggest placing an order for them and waiting until they are available.
I don't clean my press daily because I don't use it daily. I'll use a air compressor, Q-tips and a rag when I clean it. I probably clean it twice a year, at which time, I grease it up also.
I prefer green since I'm red/green color blind. I was afraid the red sight would mix with the green berm or grass and nada. I've never used red, except for the dot on my C-mores which I pick up fine.
All the posters above have great examples of drills to do. I'll throw something else out there. How about your footwork and entry and exit? You will be amazed at how much time you will pick up by maximizing your entry and exit into and out of shooting positions and you footwork from position to position.
Since Titegroup is out, Sport Pistol seems to be pretty popular right now. N320 is also popular. What works for me, might not work for you. I shoot 124gr only because they were on sale, but I really like the 147gr bullets.
Why try and reinvent the wheel? You're only loading 9mm and have been for a while without any problems. Why switch now? I would just sort the brass and remove any berdan primed cases.
When the retailers get them in, you need to scoop them up. Get on a waiting list if possible. Thankfully I still have 8000 on hand. Small rifle primers are another story.

I've run this setup for years in my 650 without any issues.
FWIW I might switch to the Redding Comp seating die. I've heard great things about my friends who have them.
