I use the Dillon spray lube on 40 and 45
If the rounds "feel" sticky I throw them in the tumbler for about 10 minutes and that solves any problems and actually gives them a brighter final finish
1.135 in mine
BUt
Like other suggested make a dummy round based on your barrel then make ten more to make sure they will fit in your mags and feed by hand etc.
Smith M&P has a similar grip angle.
I shoot one for a year plus and it never had a problem. Was plenty accurate out of the box, and there are all sorts of legal mods for the trigger etc
I load 1.245 for my race gun cause it runs smoother there than longer.
Make sure you do your due diligence working up the load at whatever length works well in your pistol
It hits the Disco on the leading edge of the square shaped hole that the sear pin goes through. Bevel the bottom edge at appox 45 degrees and it will go a long way toward fixing your problem.
Lots of pistol smiths have been doing this for a long time as a matter of routine.
I have Wilson ETM that are about 3 1/2 years old now and still require a wedge between the bullet and the feed lip when empting mags after a match/stage etc.
My # dawsons are not much better but have not used them near as much.
I do not notice my slide running any slower with these mags vs. a couple of 9 round mags I have
Load em up and let them sit for a few days it may help
25yds usually try to do accuracy and chrono together so I'm not working on a load that won't work PF
then out to 50 to make sure nothing squirrelly is going on
25 gets hand held then shot from a rest, 50 is from a rest
