As in I feel like he has a control panel on his back and I have to constantly type in commands or the idiot doesn't do anything! It is really iritating and just makes me so mad that a simple task that any other human could do with their eyes shut take this kid 4-5 times as long to accomplish!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!! And each a-hole is a expert in only a small part. I got a major wright up from a pamphlet that referenced a regulation that I don't have access to. He stated that he gets every on this. So he wrote me just to prove he is a a-hole. If it was such a big issue (safety) it should have issued a safety bulletin so we would know and can fix it. His cousin works with me. Passive aggresive, he'll sit idle if not directed, or deliberately and sneakily do a job the polar opposite of the way I ask it be done. I have gashes and bruises on my head from the glass ceiling I crashed into yesterday and am still seething and smoldering, to say the very least. I even took today OFF from work to keep from exploding all over them. Now, that's drastic. Gah!!!! Moreover, I'm kinda working on a different job opportunity and hope to hell it rises to the top and rescues my leaky boat. Or something.
