Statistically proven roulette strategy

Recommended Posts

Guys

I have a foolproof way to beat the roulette wheel and for no charge I will share it with you

I have based this method on the teachings of my now deceased Uncle James. A man who made millions and spent comparatively little, while being very generous to friends and Family.

Although his system was based around the National lottery it is easily modified to work just as well at the roulette table.

Each week he would ask those who had bought lottery tickets if they won anything, Almost invariably their answer was no.

With a big smile James would announce " I have " and after a suitable pause " I still have my buck in my pocket"

I have followed this system for over thirty years now and it has served me well.

Now my Uncle James has passed on and he has left me the sole administrator of his vast fortune. Due to your proven

mathematical prowess you have been chosen to inherit and maintain his fortune.

If you will send your bank checking, savings and lock box numbers to help with our routing we will begin the funds transfer

into your personal account.

May Allah be with you always,

Abdullah Flimflamman

I studied some Blackjack books, memorized what is called "basic strategy," and learned a fairly simple counting system. ("Basic Strategy" tells you whether to hit or stand in every conceivable situation. And the "simple counting system" gives you a rough idea of the percentage of cards left in the deck that are either favorable to the player or favorable to the dealer.) If I stuck to tables dealing one or two decks (very hard to find these days), over the long haul, I'd always win a little bit - if, I also followed my "gut feelings" and also followed "the rules." And also as long as I didn't get too drunk on the free drinks.

Once I was lucky enough to befriend a dealer. She confirmed what I had experienced but couldn't prove - sometimes a dealer will just be "hot," and sometimes a table will be "hot" (either for the casino or the players). I remember one table - we played for hours, and we just couldn't lose. The casino switched dealers and decks way more than normal but we just kept winning. Finally me and Rondy could feel "it" going away, so we left the table.

I have never been a big fan of games of chance...

There was an episode of "Beating the bank", or whatever it's called, that showed how one guy actually DID beat the roulette wheel. Legally too.

He sat in a casino and recorded thousands of results for various wheels, input the results in a computer program, and was successful in identifying certain numbers on the wheel that had a higher probability of landing. This higher probability was a result of the physical attributes of the actual wheel itself.

He hypothesized that since a roulette wheel is nothing more than a mechanical device, than like every other mechanical device, they will have individual characteristics, flaws in their design, and be subject to performance changes based on individual wear and tear over time.

His hypothesis was proven correct.

Over time, he made quite a bit of money until eventually denied access to casinos. Casino owners would eventually catch on to what he was doing and would go so far as to rotate their wheels to prevent him from gathering data, or identifying which wheel was in use.

Very interesting program.

I saw that episode on the Biography channel last night. He worked with his family, some of them took time off from school, to study the roulette tables. It was very interesting, but clearly not as genius or well thought out as my scheme.

I counted cards in BJ in a minor way years back, and won just enough to get barred in Tahoe.

I have since more than given back the small sum I won back then. Too many decks, too much shuffling, too many unfavorable rules.

I play just a little now, and consider it a relatively expensive form of entertainment.

It's really hard to beat the odds...

Find the craps table that's hot, follow the shooter on the pass line, take the odds, play the come line with odds, play the field if he/she is rolling them, toss the table guys a tip when the shooter craps out...collect your winnings and WALK OUT. Did that at the California the last time I went to Vegas and the most profitable thing I did was to not try and duplicate that run at every other casino downtown.

This thread just won't die will it.

That's easy. Just start complaining about the house being like USPSA, and the player being IDPA and how the rules the house have are so much better than the rules the players has. Or better yet , how ALL players and the house should play by the same set of rules.

They have only had casinos here in Miss. for a few years, compared to other states, but what I have learned is two things:

1. Don't gamble more than you can afford to lose. ;)

2. Those casinos weren't built by winners! ;):P:lol:

The best way to double your money is fold it twice and put it in your pocket. (I think Auric Goldfinger said that in the book "Goldfinger" by Ian Fleming)

Good Advice.

The casinos are all run by Democrats, and the house is like IDPA headquarters.

A valiant attempt indeed :roflol: It'll probably just be edited and you'll earn a forum procedural for good measure.

Should it be a procedural, or does he deserve a FTDR?

The strategy that started this thread (doubling your bet every time you lose) is a way to shift the odds from a high chance of losing a little bit each time (betting roughly the same amount on each hand) to a low chance of losing a whole lot (increasing your bet until you cover your losses or lose it all). It doesn't change the house odds on each hands. It just changes how the house odds on each hand add up in the end.

One of the casinos in Shreveport had $1 million in $100 bills posted behind clear plastic, on the wall in the hallway leading into the casino. The intended message was, "Look at how much money there is for you to win!" The message I got was, "Look at how much money we've taken from other people who have walked down this hall!"

[Thread Drift] It's funny how the law says that gambling is wrong, unless the government is running things. The house odds in lotteries are around 50%. I've talked to lottery players and explained that it's the equivalent of two people each throwing down a dollar, then having the house take one of the dollars, then flipping a coin to see who gets the remaining dollar. Doesn't seem to deter them, though. I guess that's why some people call the lottery "the Chump Tax." No offense to any lottery players!

I think the title of the thread should have sent it to the humor forum. :roflol:

agree craps odd's about the best, assuming you only make the bets that are not on the table. i used to get into craps pretty heavy in tahoe in my younger/dumber years. lost a ton one day and never looked back. don't even but a lottery ticket.

heck, went to vegas for the 98 nationals and the 05 3gun nats and never spent a penny gambling (but there was a gun show there so there wasn't much $$ left) :P

  • 4 weeks later...

I can actually teach someone how to count cards.

I'll hold a class, $1000 per person for participation.

You may or may not retain the knowledge, I can only give you the facts and the information.

Anyone interested? :roflol:

Accepting that offer is amazingly like gambling.

"I'm inviting you to a game of chance. You might win, you might lose, either way I'm going to keep more of your money than you will."
