PNW89
Are Bladetech holsters decent for the price? How about the double mag pouches? Basically, I have tried IDPA and 3-gun a few times years ago and didn't do very well or care for those sports. Now fast foreward about 10 years and I find myself interested in USPSA. The only OWB holsters I have ever used are Safariland, BH Serpa, and Bladetech, would the Bladetech be OK or should I look elsewhere? This is the holster https://www.amazon.com/Blade-Tech-Industries-Signature-Attachment/dp/B01EJ61Z6I/ref=pd_aw_fbt_img_1/146-4594781-6032442?pd_rd_w=cM1II&pf_rd_p=76328f70-5fff-49b7-869a-94bfdaa768fc&pf_rd_r=VMP170G8KGVG6AS4DMVE&pd_rd_r=4006dbc4-481b-4e20-bb47-17d43f130730&pd_rd_wg=bsl0J&pd_rd_i=B01EJ61Z6I&psc=
Out of Ammo
I've used Bladetech for years in USPSA. Never had a problem with them.
sharko
Which division? I've used Bladetech for years too and they are fine, those and CompTac's.
rwnomad
I have an IWB Bladetech holster. It gives very good retention and seems to be well made.
louu
Hell yeah I use the bladetech ice for production and SS, wouldn't use anything else. Put it on a BSBoss hangar and you got a winning combination.
0099
I have used them, no complaints. Holsters are also a thing that usually needs tried to see if it works for you. Thus, we end up with boxes of the damn things.
Cuz
My kids and I have been using their Classic holsters for 15 years. They are worth every cent. However, I do NOT like any of their mag holders. Not sure why they can’t seem to make a decent pouch.
Sinister4
Holsters are great, as above mag pouches no
CC3D
You literally cannot beat their holsters for 35 bucks. I've owned a few bladetechs and functionally they're just as good as the ones that cost twice as much.

OpenshooterMclass4lyfe
They’re okay. But there’s definitely better options out there.
tator2k
I've ran few of them for production and limited. They're decent for their cost, but I like Comp-Tac products better.
Boomstick303
Their holsters are on par with CompTacs holster which both are fine for competition. The mag pouches are plastic so if you are using glock mags they may stick. I find that plastic on plastic tend to stick a bit.
racerba
I've used BT for years in PD. they worked great using my Glock. that is until I changed to Red Hill tactical a few years ago. I find it less flexing and gives me a more positive draw. RHT is a little bit more pricier but worth it...
twodownzero
I have been using one of my Bladetech holsters for 17 years now and it's still going strong.
GigG
I've been using one all year and other than a screw getting loose (probably my fault) from time to time it's great.
works for ammo
Blade tec with a boss hanger is a great option.
mSNACKS
Bladetech seem fine but at the price point without going to a high end holster I prefer comp tac
csailer
I used a Blade Tech with BOSS hanger for years. Get a little adjustment knob too. It's a solid setup no doubt.
Malcolm31
Bladetech makes great stuff for the price.
cmysix
I have blade tech gear, functions as it should and is inexpensive!
andy27al
I’ve used bladetech and others in the past and in 3-gun. Works fine as others have said. However, be mindful that your hanger matters quite a bit as well. There are quite a few options, make sure to find one that is well reviewed in your budget
JoeMKY
I’ve used their owb classics for a Sig P320 and 1911 for years in uspsa and mag holders for both double and single stack. They have worked great for me. I haven’t tried their newer models
Matt1911
I think the consensus is their holsters are good to go.
Atlas33
I never had any real issues with them. Prefer my ghost but due currently run a set of blade techs with my 2011
