  1. I have used a holster for rimfire pistol iron since I was using a Glock pistol and my Glock 17 holster worked for it. When I first started now it is just easier bagging it.
  2. I use to use the ballistic jm app now called ballistic but the advance ballistics app called ABMobile is better in usability
  3. I found an obituary for Tom : https://www.tributearchive.com/obituaries/30976249/thomas-palmer also my local club is doing a “one of a kind - Tom Palmer” memorial and match toward the end of April if anyone is interested in it. https://practiscore.com/bgsl-april-scsa-clone/register
  4. Condolences to all that were close and his wife Deb. He was a good dude and will be missed. I’ll miss seeing him at matches.
  5. I used those in my 1911 40s&w last year for handgun nationals, they all fired just fine.
  6. I run a Mac and read the sd card. Usually I bring up numbers ( apple excel eq.) then open up the drive with the lab radar, get the csv file that I am interested and drag and drop it into the number app icon in the bar. Then it will import the data and a small window will appear in numbers about the format. I click on that and select the ; as the field separator . Then the format is now a lot more readable. then import my own calls for avg fps at 10yards power factor calc and if the calculated pf qualifies as major or minor

Did you buy just the trigger or the set? I’ve had issues with that when I use the Over-Travel Stop. Usually just take it back out and things work.
  8. I did last year. Was shooting optics co & open in 2022 then switched to single stack for a level 2 match in April 2023. Then back to optics for a uspsa state and nationals match then back to single stack for a idpa state match and “iron sight” nationals. by the next uspsa match in Nov 2023 I went back to co and first stage was a rough, half of the first stage was find the dot. Then after that I re adjusted. This year is planned for mostly optics but that can change.
  9. I never tried the LASR system, but I remember it being around for years. I ended up using the idryfrire pro target system in 2019, which has the option for IR/Red or Red/Green lasers. I can still call my shot, and verify it, but I can also see if I am jerking the gun any, measure, total time splits, etc. These kind of systems can be useful when used correctly, and treat it like live fire training even if it is dry just to prevent from getting lazy. Which I have caught myself at times being lazy and corrected it.
  10. I've seen people rubbing some of their base pads on rocks to take off that small part that base pad to make it fit the gauge at matches. and I would if one of the pads didn't make the gauge,. I even bought a gauge just so when I get a different base pad, I order one and test how it is in the gauge, if it passes I fail more, if it doesn't then I don't buy any more of them, and shave what I can on the fail to make it fit the gauge.
  11. I run rcbs as well. If you take out the deprimer from the size and deprime die and run the bullet through it most of the time the bullet just slips right out. If it doesn’t it just makes it easier for the bullet puller
  12. were you watching me when did that? I didn’t think I said it that load.
  13. Yeah I asked Brian Conley about that in sept. and he said that the golds work a lot better the red dot. And I agree, the golds work much better than the ruby or actviblue lenses for red dots.
  14. it was I had a lot of boxes and paper to burn, made a nice show
  15. yup that is what I did, burned then what got mixed up and bought 2 1lbs jugs
  16. I’ve heard that too, I’m starting to think that if your hear it more than once it might not be false
  17. Thanks Everyone for their suggestions... Shortly as putting a small hole at the bottom, I saw some IMR come out Tried the static, no go, and there was just too much imp to try to manually separate it. I tried all of the even seeing if running it through a sieve and the imp fell through that as well. So I ended up cutting my losses and burned it all.
  18. Thanks. That's also a good option, in the Hornady powder charger, the rifle powder did like to stick to the sides because of static.
