  1. Is that brush life for the DC motor or the AC?
  2. American Reloading; they are pulled. They were on sale, I paid $210 shipped for 2500.
  3. My reloading room is in the attic above my garage, which has a 6.5ft ceiling, so after I had the same issues as you I suspended my MBF from the ceiling with wire. I haven't had any more issues.
  4. I have even used Power Pistol to make major. I saw very slight flattening with an 8.8gr charge under a 115, but no blown primers. Some powders just seem to spike pressure less than others.
  5. The Sport Pistol wont adequately mimic most SD loads, it is too fast and won't achieve the same velocity. I have used BE-86 with good success behind a 124gr RMR MPR JHP. I loaded 5.9gr, and got over 1240fps out of my CK open gun (I just wanted to calculate PF because this is a super soft shooting load in that gun). If you just want to load and carry the same ammo, then go ahead and try the Sport Pistol. The RMR MPR is a great bullet for not being bonded. They would be worth looking at.
  6. I have broken tons of firing pins, including like 4 Wilson's. I am currently running the PSA titanium with good luck.
  7. So what is the difference between the 9mm match and the 9mm TNT?
  8. I have to run 1.155 with a PD JHP in my CK.
  9. There is no comparison, the Venom is tiny and the 510 is huge. The 507 compares better in size to the Venom. I have over a dozen Holosun sights with zero failures. All of them that have the circle dot can be run as dot only. I only own one Venom, and it has been pretty good.
  10. My HS-6 load with 124's for my CK was 7.8 also. It is a good feeling load.
  11. I just got 2500 more 147gr HST's to load so feel free to send me that N350
  12. Blown primers and loose primer pockets. Sometimes an expanded case head. A lot of people load WAC at 7.2gr for a 124, but I make major at 6.8, and at 7.0 I am blowing like 1 in 10 primers. At 7.2 I am blowing 90%+ HS-6 I am safe at 8.6gr for a 115, but at 8.8 and 9.0 it is similar to the WAC story. There just isn't enough margin for error in those powders for me.
  13. Of all of the powders I have used, I prefer Silhouette. It boils down to case fill for easy loading, and the way it tracks and how clean it is. Are there better? Sure, but they tend to be more expensive and more difficult to load. I wont touch HS-6 or WAC anymore; too many destroyed pieces of brass.
  14. My mail lady would scan my package as delivered at my garage, which she never delivers anything to, and then leave the package at the post office for me to have to go pick up during business hours, which isn't easy for me. The second time, I complained. Loudly. She isn't on my route anymore.
  15. A lot of guys jump the Berger and Nosler hybrid bullets in excess of .100" to get maximum accuracy.
  16. As long as the bullet is straight and can't be easily pulled out you are fine. What you will run into with your Bergara is that the feed ramp will limit how long you can load. If that is a hybrid type bullet, they actually like a good bit of jump.
  17. I had to take the "kisser" out of the bowl because it was causing a bunch of jams where it caused the case to get pressed tightly against it, but the case feeder detects every one of those jams and reverses to correct them. It will go forward and backward until it detects a case fall down the funnel, then it resumes normal operation. I did have a few when I was running it wide open without my Rollsizer attached. I had counted out 1,000 cases and was timing how fast it could colate them, when at the funnel they somehow jammed and the feed plate jumped up over them. I caught one incident on video. After I fixed the jam I tried putting the kisser back in to help hold the case plate down, but eventually took it back out and hooked my Rollsizer back up and did over 5,000 pieces without a single malfunction. No jams, nothing. There were a few small pieces of orange plastic in the bowl, so I think the 3D printed parts may need a bit of a break-in period.
  18. It looks like it is meant to be used with the Rollsizer out of the box. I had to add or supply nothing other than the hose that came with my rollsizer to mount it up. I am sure it would be easy to come up with a simple adapter as it uses pipe fittings for the mount.
  19. The Feedinator showed up. Here is a video of it keeping up with my Rollsizer at 6,100 rounds per hour. Pardon my very messy reloading room. I am in the process of building an Ammobot driven RL1100 and I had to move a bunch of stuff to make room for my new bench.
  20. I don't have the adjustable crimp touching the case at all, and I have never had any other bullets just straight up loose enough in the case to fall out or be able to be pulled out.
  21. This would be great as a final step on my .223 brass trimming to knock all the shavings loose from the RT1500.
  22. I managed to buy 5,000 of their no cannelure 69gr OTM 3GH (3gun/hunter) .224 bullets from their first run before their machine went down. They are an excellent bullet for the money. Everything RMR makes in-house is of great quality and value.
