  1. For progressive loading I much prefer the Hornady custom grade seating dies for both rifle and pistol. For single stage, I love the RCBS Gold Medal seating die. That bullet window is genius.
  2. I load them with 3.8gr of Titegroup for minor use, and I recently ran them through my G17 with Strike Industries Mass Driver Compensator and there was very minimal lead residue left behind. I think a slower, cooler burning powder would prevent nearly all leading.
  3. Seems to be the new thing. The Blue Bullets does this now as well.
  4. I run my M die on my loading toolhead. I wet tumble again after sizing and trimming to get the lube off and to knock more shavings off.
  5. It seems to tilt the .223 cases a bit too much.
  6. I've read that it requires you to buy parts to do it. I do like the idea of being able to run the probe and also swage on the same processing pass.
  7. I hope I get mine soon; I am at almost 7 months since I ordered.
  8. Kind of makes it pointless to use an SRP then. I've had a lot of failures with S&B SRP in my Glocks so I won't load any pistol ammo with SRP anymore because of it.
  9. Many striker fired guns won't reliably fire an SRP
  10. Same here; it was a bad time to get into reloading. Now, I have enough supplies to last a couple of years, but I am always replacing what I use when I can.
  11. Go for a round nose bullet like the Everglades V2 JHP to allow you to load a bit longer. Glock mags don't work with OAL above 1.169", and need even shorter if you use a conical JHP. I would recommend a load of 7.7gr of Silhouette under a 124gr bullet, or 8.3gr under a 115 Everglades V2 loaded to about 1.16" with a small pistol primer (not Federal) for reliable ignition.
  12. I bought 3k of the Federal AR Match for 39.99/k. I think they seat just fine in my new Nammo Tactical brass.
  13. Does it roll like the JP?
  14. I dont load that powder for PCC anymore. I run a hotter charge of Power Pistol or BE-86. People say a brake won't work on a 16" 9mm because there isnt enough gas, but the visible flames in each port when running Power Pistol say otherwise.
  15. The strange thing is that I have only ever had pierced primers with N350. I can't explain it.
  16. I need to get my hands on some. Wolf Gold 55gr is quite accurate, and the brass is super consistent.
  17. Makes me wonder if some SPP found their way into a batch of rifle ammo
  18. Higher amp output helps, because there is a surge of current when the radar is triggered. I have used a 10k mAh pack multiple sessions with plenty of reserve left. AA NiMH also works well, but is not as convenient.
  19. I used to load something like 4.4gr of N350 under a 115 plated bullet. I could stack shots on 25 yard targets as quick as I could pull the trigger. It also had a ton of pierced primers, which caused me to switch to rifle primers.
  20. Blown out of the case, with the pocket and case head so expanded that the brass cannot be reused.
  21. I've had Blue Bullets scrub my barrel very clean after I got leading with SNS bullets, but I haven't tried them to clean up heavy lead.
  22. That load blows 100% of the primers in both my CK and Glock open pistols.
