  1. I bet the market for long barrels are shooters who compete, and there is not enough demand. I noticed ZEV did not have a lot of aftermarket stuff.
  2. Curious as well. I never carry extra springs. Mags, yes.
  3. Comes .40 and 9mm? I would think a light spring and stock ammo may not work, but have never shot one.
  4. Dry fire your pistol at a spot maybe 20' away and pay attention to how the sights move. I see mine move left, sometimes right anticipating the recoil and sound. Where your finger is on the trigger plays a part so play with that.
  5. I bought an assortment of springs and play with the ammo load to see what will lock up. Clean the channel on the ejector?
  6. Before I scratch up the 1301, how do you get the plugs out to mount a rail? For an optic
  7. For cowboy in a pump low noise low recoil is great, for 3gun with a 1301 buy the cheaper stuff with 3 dram and chokes, but it always depends on how far out the targets are.
  8. Each pistol is a little bit different
  9. federal small pistol magnum primers, what caliber?
  10. Its dynamic, how far away is the target=how much precision to use (takes time), the 2nd and 3rd shot are from recoil, so its normal to lose precision. You have to learn to time your next shot to allow it recoil and come back to the target at x distance. Sounds good, but do not trust me.
  11. Bring the ammo and the money and ask to be paired up with a teacher, its your first time.
  12. Steller reliability in competition? Depends on ammo. If for something else, leave it stock.
  13. On the inside or outside of the hole?
  14. How much lead and how much powder, and type?
  15. I think its Taran asking twice about how and where the weak hand gets on the pistol.
  16. No. I sort know how many rounds I went through by a ballpark on number of rounds/stage and how much less rounds I came home with.
  17. I would like to get a scale to weigh weapons. Any suggestions? I think the JP ultralight is like 5.6 pounds without optics or iron sights
  18. Carbon fiber from Mark. Very light out from your body, no issue with heat. If you want to mount a 45 degree red dot or iron sight, etc., then JP uses a light one on their ultralight.
  19. I follow Jesse James and carry 8 revolvers. Everyone has to register their bullet button ARs with the state DOJ. Everyone has to turn in all HiCaps or take out of state and give away or sell. Everyone is moving to Tombstone.
  20. I like Arrendondo's as they way they go off and on work very well (come in red and black). Had issues with TTI scratching up the bottom of the lip of the mag. Still use them and nice colors. Don't forget to get the stiffer mag springs.
  21. Start with the length of your shotgun and get one that fits it first, assuming the shotgun is longer than the rifle. Something too long is sort of goofy and too short does not work.
  22. Pants with lots of pockets, had to say that. It seems like some go safariland and some go CR inner and outer with blade tech stuff.
  23. Like above if you can find someone near you who has dillon, it shorten the learning curve. I wish I would of had a mentor.
