  1. Fix the problem not the symptom...seat all primers .004">.010" below flush. 95% of lite strikes will go away. Tom

  3. Prizes and money only complicate things!!!! pay your entry fee and shoot. No need for classes either. Win or lose there will be booze. Tom
  4. 5906,4006,1006,4506 all used a version of this ...some were spring loaded decoking, others were safeties only, some model 52 and PPC'9 were hammer block only. My 5" 5906 is a spring loaded decoking lever on the slide like the 4" 5906 IDPA version. Tom
  5. Decocking levers? the last two numbers would be 76...1076...4576. Tom

    Brass hits red dot

All the 40 rounds I have fired thru my new Glock 40 all hit the Fast Fire 3 dead center. Lookslike this is a feature not a fault of all the Glock MOS guns. Tom
  10. Buy enough for years at a time and it is not an issue...you do not have to feed them and they do not do bad Tom
  11. Yes. Brand new Dillon mats. Now that will be interesting, nice new spongy, bouncy mats..... With the referee at the Crawfish Cup questioning the start position when going prone....seems like best thing to do is not allow going prone, that way mats are not needed. Tom
  12. I have a couple revolvers done in the 80's still great finish. Tom
  13. I think Vera may be one of the first with her win at the Crawfish cup Tom
  14. I hate bad rules. If I was the Zebra I would rule not legal as a safety was removed. Tom
  15. Same for revolver and Semi Auto. 5.0 Win Auto comp ,Zero 115 gn JHP #135 @1.09". Tom
  16. Gloves is plural...so you have to use two gloves or more? Tom I hate spupid rules and rules that are impossible to inforce!!
  17. S&W spec for the cylinder throat is .3575" + or - .0005" if that helps your choice of projectiles. Tom
  18. I have seen that mod on PPC guns that Joe had built in the 80's Tom
  19. Watch the Bullseye shooters in rapid fire Then watch while they dry fire the Rapid fire string. Gun never recoiles straight up. Tom
  20. Another chrono option. http://www.steinertsensing.com/ Tom
  21. (google image) Same powder, but manufactured quite a few years apart. I'd think you could use it to work up a load using typical safety precautions. Lookup Winchester MSD sheets. WST is WAA90 made by St Marks . Not a current listing for Super Target AA. Tom
  22. Looks like NRA has a few problems with the thought of using electronic targets is Bullseye also Tom
  23. Does a "prone pad" on a semi auto need to be in place for all matches ? Tom
  24. Tom, I have had no issues with the moon clips that you send me for my 9k Rem once fired 9 mm brass. I do not use Starline brass and use your standard clips with all other brass, without issues using Win Autocomp and 115 JHP. As an experiment I have used over 3 k Win primers in my 929 with a 6# trigger and 100% results. Tom
