  1. No some have Made bolt on ones but still required to do modification so may as well have it cut
  2. Easiest fix I'd put a target that can't be seen unless your basically through the port. Good way to guide the shooter through stage design. If its just no shoots people will probibally still try and take it back from the port
  3. The ones who make a living are doing more normal jobs for their sponsors ie sales marketing etc but they arnt making a living by solely pulling the trigger. The closest to paid to shoot would be the amu but they are still training people as well for their pay
  4. While I don't shoot IDPA it is a game like any other shooting sport. The majority of people are going to use the equipment that falls under the rules and gives them the biggest advantage they can get.
  5. I say pack it up and store it or build a small reloading bench to use it on. I don't have a ton of extra space here and cant bolt anything to wall etc and set mine up on one side of a walkin closet and built the bench to fit exactly in the space I had. Very little space is actually needed for a loading bench to have an effective loading station.
  6. Ya some have luck with the light spring and factory striker but it shot or miss. I run a light weight jäger in All mine and never have an issue
  7. Is it comstock or Virginia count. If comstock go 4 on each then reload and burn 2 on each as fast as you can. We had one like that a while ago but with head shots only and no shoots if you missed. And comstock scoring. I burned the weak hand rounds fast in the area if the target making sure to miss the no shoots. Was not stacking as I completed the cof as laid out to the letter I just had a couple makeup shots freestyle
  8. I disagree on the extended parts. I as well as a lot of other prefer the non extended mag release and slide stop on a glock. If I am allowed to modify it ie not on a production gun I like a modified rounded over "mid length" mag release which Is an extended on rounded over with all the corners and sharp edges on the top rounded over and between the std one and the extended one If I cant modify it, i run the short one
  9. If its dipping when the slide closes the. Recoil spring is to heavy
  10. I am a right handed shooter and. Will usually shoot left to right unless the layout makes it more practical or a better option to run it the other way. Then I just watch the reloads
  11. Why not run ones that increase capacity or are you in a ban state
  12. Run a 28 inch gun here with a tube past the end of the Gun and love it with a fixed mod choke. I have a flush tube and a 22 inch with chokes also. I come from a skeet background so I'm use to heavy shotguns and like the extra weight and length. Sights are a personal preference but I definately prefer a vent rib. Then a smooth barrel with a bead post on the end and rifle sights and ghost ring very far last. Heck I would even take a bead over a red dot
  13. Carver can lower your ejection port and do it right. He did mine and installed the sjc mount on my backup glock and it never chokes with the ejection port lowered the full size cmore is a much better option than the sts
  14. Ya 20 is done easily and for pretty cheap. Past that you pay a lot for that extra round or. 2. Same as going past 28 rounds in a 9mm bigstick
  15. Your only option is a modified cr speed holster. Use a race master for my sti and glock which has the sjc mount and never had a problem hittin the holster at a weird angle. It took a week or so if dry fire for the draw and re holster to be second nature as I was use to kydex. The holster is one reason j went with the sjc mount as my backup glock goes in the same race master as my sti for open in about 3 min with a block change and the lock means its not coming out. Not a fan of the cr speed but that's all that's avaliable with a carver mount
  16. You can get 1 gun and have both barrels for the gun. I would look at freedom also as bobby does some great work. Limcat is nice but very pricy for the machine work he does on it
  17. Reliability will get ya farther than the max capacity mag I know I can go faster doing a reload than trying to go with no chance of a makeup
  18. From what I have seen they are not as durable as the sti mags so most run sti 20 rounders and maybe have 1 22 rounder if it matters
  19. Glad I have enough to last if they only allow 1k. Their prices arnt too bad in case quantity but get pretty expensive in less than a case
  20. It's the back corner of the feedlips that get knocked down a bit
  21. Did you have any idea of what dealers it could have gone through? If so call around the few stores and ask especially with if you have a time frame and the SN. If they have the electronic bound book it should be easy to find Also if bought it here have you tried searcing your old posts
  22. For sheek I would run a pair of .005. For sporting clays add .015 and a .025 or . 030 for trap if you go farther back if not an.015 will work. The tube set may not fit correct unless you have a set of chokes made that fit the same as what's in the gun
  23. ya you want the cmj or you will have a fun time cleaning your comp
