SharonAnne9x23
Jimmy M, you beat me to it. Though I have not had Marty do any work. Jake did my last gun there, it has been a while Everything I have ever had done from Accuracy Speaks has been first rate, 1911, Open Para 9x23, AR15. Nelson rebarreled my K frame with a 1" slab sided Douglas and slicked up the action. Took 4th Lady with it at 2001IRC.

He helped me with barrels in my OPEN and did a super smooth S&W K-frame Bianchi Gun for me manu years ago. I'll recommend him any day for any hand- or long gun work //Fredrik

Merlin Orr
A number of really good smiths out there serving the competitive shooter's needs. With that being said. Benny Built is my choice. Various Ar's, Shotgun, S&W revolvers and a number of bottom feeder pistols - along with my deadly potato canon. Jim Lambert at Firebird for the fancy high end Premium AR and components. sfinney
Mike Johnson of Shooting Specialties (Chinook, MT) does excellent work on Pistols, Rifles, etc. Have had a couple Limited guns and an Open from him - takes the time to do all the little "extras" that makes a gun unique, and nice. Benny Hill of course, for anything. Mike Caylor has built me a couple nice Limited Guns. I think he is still out of commision right now with back issues? His website is still down. sfinney
Speaking of gunsmiths, I need some one to fit a barrel for an STI Limited .40, and looking for a fairly quick turn around....(ie. not months) can anyone recommend someone who is not to backed up for a quick job? I'm in LA, near TX/AR.
