  1. Just curious, does anyone make hi cap (20+ rounds) magazines for the Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite? I fully understand that they would stick way out of the bottom but trying to find out if there is such a thing or not. Thanks.
  2. I have a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite that I have upgraded with Tandemkross parts. Have added their TK compensator, Halo charging ring, Volquartzen trigger kit, TK trigger, TK extractor etc. Gun shoots great but seems finicky about what ammo it likes. Tried CCI standard velocity and was getting a number of fail to extracts. Figured it was the extra weight of the Halo on the bolt slowing things down so switched to Federal high velocity. Works better with fewer FTE's but getting some failure to fires. What should I try next to make this 100%? Was thinking about trying CCI MIni Mag, anything else that is not ridiculously expensive? Thanks for any suggestions.
  3. Thanks for all the suggestions. Moderators please close this post.
  4. Looking for recommendations for a rimfire SC pistol to shoot with optics. So, rail, threaded barrel for compensator, upgradable trigger, thumb rest etc. What can folks suggest? Thanks.
  5. What is the minimum age to shoot in a Steel Challenge match? Thanks.
  6. Does anyone make a holster to fit this gun? Have Riton red dot optic mounted as well as a Tandemkross game changer Pro compensator. Do not want leather though. Thanks for any suggestions.
  7. So, I added a Tandemkross "halo" slide pull to this gun and have had a few failure to extracts since installed. I assume it is because the extra weight is slowing down the bolt. Should I just switch to high velocity ammo to solve the problem? Thanks for any help.
  8. Got what I needed, thanks. Please delete post.
  9. I have an older Ruger 10/22 that I would like to get a bipod for. It has no sling swivel to attach one to, see photos. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced bipod that would fit on this rifle? Something that would just take the place of the barrel band? Where purchase? Thanks in advance.
  10. Just ordered the ring, should solve the problem. Moderators, you can close the thread...thanks.
  11. Just bought a new Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite pistol (22 LR) for me and to teach my 11 year old grandson how to handle and shoot a firearm. Great gun but the slide latch is hard to push down, especially for an 11 year old. With the bolt locked back and a mag inserted it takes quite a bit of effort to release the slide latch. Is this sort of normal for this handgun? Will it "break in" and smooth out with use? Can you polish surfaces to make it release easier? Any information and tips appreciated.

  13. Does anyone make rubber grip panels for this handgun? No finger grooves and no oversize as it is for 11 year old grandson. Thanks for any tips.
  14. I bought a used handgun with this red dot optic on it. Can someone please identify for me? Do you have company's contact information? Thanks for the help.
  15. I have a Dillon 560 and have been reloading for 25+ years. Loading 9mm rounds and I am getting a number that have a bulge that circles the case where the bottom of the bullet sits. This has caused a couple of jams that lock up the slide in bullets that I didn't bother to chamber check. Ran a bunch of non chamber checked rounds in practice and had the slide lock up a couple of times, and it was a bitch to rack it to extract the unfired round. Had this ridge around them. Zoom in on the picture and let me know if you have any ideas on why this is happening and how to get rid of it. Probably happens 4-5 times per hundred. I have double checked the dies and they all seem to be adjusted properly. Using Montana Gold 347 gr CMJ that measure .355. OAL is 1.150. Crimp .377. Once fired mixed headstamp brass with all military primed brass removed before reloading. Too lazy to pull the bullets so end up tossing them. I am now chamber checking all rounds and tossing these bad ones. So, why am I getting this? And, how to fix? Any ideas appreciated.
