MarkS_A18138 Posted January 12, 2007 Share Posted January 12, 2007 Tonight I lost one of greatest Heros in my life. Jean Beth Self passed at 12:30 am 1-12-07. She was 5 days from her 83rd birthday. What makes her my greatest hero is she adopted me when I was 2 days old and showed me more love than any child could ever want. The last 3 years have been very hard watching my Mom go from a up beat full of life to not knowing me at all and bed riddin. Even then her face would light up when I came in the room. I knew this day was coming and I have tried to prepare but I am still hurting. I do know she is in a better place sitting with the Lord. Love you Mom.
