JKSNIPER
Don't even talk to me about grooming a Golden Ret. I can brush Lily 3X a week and each time pull massive clumps of hair out of her. They have a SERIOUS undercoat. When they hit a shedding phase we have hair tumbleweeds form. I can vacume and brush her and she STILL sheds hair. Good dog though. sperman
Here's my crowd. Nice pic. I groomed 2 Rough Collies today....MASSIVE jobs(they had a lot of matting/undercoat). Should've taken a before/after picture of them. I hope you tip your groomer well! Unfortunately I'm the groomer. Once a week, every week keeps things manageable. It takes about 45 minutes. I'm lucky that the collies don't have too thick of a coat, but the sable is getting thicker as he gets older.

Franklin D Wolverton
Am I the only one on here with cats? geesh... The first one is Wrigley in his classic BUDDA pose... The next one is Santo. He doesn't do tricks, he just likes to be cute. The last one is Billie playing with her Catnip Ball (yeah... she's stoned). The wife and I aren't CUBS fans... no... not at all... Thats my job since my wife takes care of everyone else. lol One of the guys I work with his wife was in the supermarket with their 2 boys and a lady saw how cute they were and said to her "Oh you have 2 boys?" and she said "No I have 3 boys....only one of them has a job." MoNsTeR
Thread necromancy! Also, KITTENS! The grey one is Vihta, and the black one is Vuori. Edit: The big cats too... Miko on the left, Riah on the right. They don't actually like each other much now that they're grown up, at least not when anyone's looking. I'd be lying if I claimed that "having more than 2 cats" wasn't a big motivator to buy our first house Edited June 24, 2009 by MoNsTeR
SiG Lady
Not exacty "my" dog, but one of "ours" that we boost and support with a variety of gifts and donations. He weigh 100# and is part Malinois and part Shepard. Huge, efficient jaws. But friendly as hell. This is Zeto with Deputy Olson.

Fast Shooter Wannabe
This is Bo, the cranky old man! He's a Basset Hound. This is Emee & Bosko. Emee is a White German Shepard and Bosko is a German Shorthair pointer. What can I say, I'm a sucker for dogs. They are great with our kids and Emee would protect our family, no doubt there.
