Onepocket
What pound recoil spring (ISM) do you use? I have heard some cut a coil off a 15lb. I'm shooting 124 buyou and 231. Thanks.
theKenny
13lb captured IMSI with 147 and 124. I've heard IMSI is underrated and actually higher than standard whereas Wolf is more accurate. i do have an 11ib IMSI to try but have not gotten around to it yet. I did run a 15lb briefly and prefer thee 13 more.

BBQDawg
Have ordered my son 11, 13, and 15lb ISMI springs and a Jager guide rod. Anticipating using the 13lb, but went on both sides just in case. He shoots 147gr bullets from a local commercial reloader where he lives.
chowtime
I've used both the 13lb ismi spring and the 12lb spring from glockworx. Didn't notice much difference in shooting.

Henry625
13# captured,...thought about going lighter, have not experimented with it yet. If you go too light, the slide will move when you pull the trigger.......
Strick
I run a captured 11lb with a 4lb striker, haven't had any issues and the gun feels pretty flat.
