  1. Did all the above. Cleared cache and data, then it came back. Thanks!
  2. More of us going into that category, lol.
  3. Suddenly the app no longer works on any of my android devices. I emailed USPSA IT but have not gotten a response yet. Unable to log in, when it does take the information it restarts the login process again and again.
  4. Dan at D2 Customs (https://d2customs.net/). Check his FB page for current builds.
  5. Started with a 550, got a 650 at a great deal. They sit side by side, 650 loads 147s, 550 loads 124 and 135. There is something about your first Dillon.
  6. Those new bylaws indicate that without RO status, he is considered to have resigned from office the first day of his term. Likewise the bylaws have no waiver or extension that can be granted. Yet he remains and has been granted an extension by the board.
  7. Almost had a bladder accident with that
  8. Note it makes no reference as a requirement to holding USPSA office. All of us as ROs know this policy exists. We've seen it with the +2 incidents several years ago, rather egregious behavior that was rightly immediate. This, well, given the firestorm, if there was documented progressive discipline, one would think that would have been referenced quickly. Not to say that something might not magically appear, but unless it was signed and copies to the recepient, I'd not bet the farm.
  9. Which occurred with the new bylaws.
  10. When JG doesn't recommend messing with it...
  11. My understanding is that when the bylaws were distributed for comment, member feedback pointed out exactly the scenario that unfolded regarding certification. Bug or Feature? We've known about the rules of conduct regarding ROs. I was pleased to see it applied in the +2 incident, that was well deserved as was starting a shooter with people downrange. These alleged incidents with YML strike me more as being lower on the tier scale but I guess that's what the board hired DNROI to do. YML, from what I've heard, has appealed. Is there a majority of the board who will agree with him?
  12. For any organization, meeting minutes are the lifeblood of what his transpired and what the decision making has been. If items are intentionally or accidentally omitted from the meeting minutes, then the fiduciary responsibility of those people is in doubt
  13. He was brought in in October of last year.
  14. According to reports of what YML told others: Not resetting stage correctly Not reading the WSB correctly Calling Deltas as Dicks when scoring No progressive commentary or counseling, no warning, removal of RO certification. Who truly knows.
  15. It was 167 days. There's apparently new legal counsel that has been retained by the managing director but it is unknown what his responsibilities are insofar as USPSA. It is different Counsel than was involved in the Cameo discussions, and there does not appear to be any sort of documentation showing what his responsibilities are at the board meetings which makes his lack of commentary during these discussions where there is such a double standard of application questionable. Organizations have to have accurate, timely and available documentation for members and the board to be able to review at any time.
  16. Supposedly a 90-day waiver was granted to AD4, but the bylaws do not allow for this nor do any of the minutes reflect the fact that this was discussed and voted on by the board of directors. There have been revisions and backdating done to meet bylaws requirements regarding the 10 day notifications which also violate the bylaws.
  17. Yet the AD4 entered the board with no RO cert, was never granted a waiver (which bylaws do not permit) and continues to sit on the BOD while the elected president was removed. Allegedly was told by another BOD member to not worry about it. He has voted on policy without having the required qualifications and certification to serve. USPSA legal counsel remains silent on this bylaws violation but allows the duly elected president to be terminated from his member elected position.
  18. The same board that NROI, because of the bylaws change giving him absolute Authority over it, has to challenge or reverse the DNROI decision
  19. Tier 2, level 4. There is no requirement for Progressive discipline, if he wants to take it all the way to kicking you out of the organization (level 5) he can. Totally subjective and arbitrary. It can be appealed, those level 4 and 5 to the board who makes the final decision, so should yml decide to appeal his level 4, the board would review it and have the final say.

  21. Doodie, the unofficial Facebook one, has started to ask questions with little response. Now thst DNROI has the power to nuke you as an RO with no progressive discipline for any slight, people are wary of posting. I daresay they will be wary of working matches. Likewise elected positions that require said certification, like YML and the ADs, can be summarily removed by him - no review, no board approval.
