  1. I use a multi post North Mountain and have a single post that I put behind my holster for the initial load on a stage. I would recommend the multi post unit vs the single post units.
  2. I have used Wilson 47D magazines since they came out. I have never had a magazine related problem with any of my 1911s. I also use Wilson mags for my 38 super and 9 mm single stacks.
  3. I am also running a C-More on an Allchlin mount.
  4. I have a Blade Tech Drop Offset holster for my X-5 Allround.
  5. Call Safariland they are good about standing behind their products.
  6. You will love them. Only cleats I have ever worn that were comfortable all day.

    226 grips

I use Nills grips n my Sigs. You can get them custom fit if the stock size will not work for you.
  8. PC 627 38 Super 147 gr. Black Bullets Intl 4.0 gr. N-320 Nickel Plated Starline Brass Moon Clips custom made for Starline brass 135 PF
  9. Though it is not really necessary I have 4 of my rifles with Miculek comps and they have been timed.. I prefer the Miculek comp to the majority of the comps on the market..I currently have 5 other ARs with assorted comps and none of them work as well as the Miculek
  10. I use Kroil and a bore snake on all of my .22 and .17 rimfire guns. I put the Kroil down the barrel from the muzzle end and let it sit for a couple of hours..then run the bore snake down it 5 or 6 times. Seems to maintain bores in excellent condition. Never have a functioning problem or loss in accuracy. My AR .22 upper is also a Nordic NC-22.
  11. Been using colanders for years. I have two and pour the brass and media back and forth between them 4 or 5 times and it is done. I use a bucket about the size of a Home Depot bucket.
  12. I wear Solomon Speed Cross 3s. They are the only cleats I have found that are comfortable when wearing them all day.
  13. I am still using CR Speed mag pouches because they work fine and are still in good shape. If I replace them I will buy the Race Masters.
  14. I wouldn't think so but you should be able to find out on the IPSC website.
  15. I have one of the small magnets on the telescoping handle that I use to pull the ball and spring out.
  16. I don't have a consistency problem with mine. My 9 mm major load has a SD of 8.
  17. I have converted all of my powder measures to the old style with the springs. No need for fail safe rod and the machine operates much smoother.
  18. Sounds like the bullet is seated off center. I have seen this problem where the bullet was leaning to one side of the case mouth when seated. Pretty easy to tell if you roll the round across a flat surface and look at the bullet. If not centered the bullet will look like it is wobbling as it rolls.
  19. With a piece of jacket material still in his nose I would definitely call that external influence. I would give the competitor a reshoot.
  20. Station 1 U die in 9 mm & 40 S&W, Bullet Feeder St 3, Redding Micrometer Seating Die St 4, Lee FCD St 5 for Dillon 650.
  21. I also use a gallon zip lock bag. Spray lube on inside of bag dump brass in seal bag and shake.. Gets just enough lube on brass without being sticky.
  22. I have used it on open guns in the past. For open guns I prefer Mobil 1 or FP-10 even in the heat in Florida.
  23. You can't read the replays they send you. You can grind an aluminum STI mag well down to what you want an polish it very easily.
