One option is to grab an extra S2 slide as they do come up for sale here often. Last week I saw one for sale already cut for a Romeo3 Max/XL. I think it was for sale on Facebook.
I would just order a BarSto from Springer and wait. About to order one with 1/2x28 threads for some fun. Excellent barrels and stunning accuracy. There is a reason Max runs them.
I would venture to recommend the Springer plate and the FTP Alpha 3. I had four Sig Romeo3 Max and liked them but the cost savings is pretty significant and the quality of the optic, dot, and glass is superb! Phil is a great guy to deal with and fast shipping too. The Springer plate for the Romeo3 Max and XL is the one to use as well.
Haha. The pinch is more of a sting after much use on the outer tip of the trigger finger. It does sound silly that it happens to some but for me it was mainly with the pre upgraded OEM triggers. More annoying than anything.
I have experienced the pinch as well. My current set up on both guns is the curved Sig trigger and SA (Sig Armorer) trigger work. Never using anything else. His magic is most excellent.
They recommend the Purple/14 to start with and for factory ammo and the Orange/12 for reloads etc. The 12 has worked with all of my reloads and there have not been any optic strikes with brass, etc. Also, there is a little card that comes with every new P320 Legion that explains it.
I do like the Grams guts when using Springer, Henning, or TTI basepads. They are in my 2011 guns as well. It's good to support a fellow San Diego native too.
Wish I could chime in that I know how to do all those things but I just have Alma do my grip work. He is the MAN when it comes to that. Still running a nearly 5 year old OG P320 grip done up by Alma on my HD gun and it is a joy to use. Another FAT TXG grip is in the cue for Alma to do for my large hands.
I shot one of these in SAO last fall and it was amazing. Tried to get it from my brother in law and he didn't budge. Accurate, soft shooting, great quality, etc. Having owned several regular 226 this is ten times better than those.
