I just got mine last night from Nathan and the new 1.1 version will now work in both CZ and Tanfo guns which is really cool. Anyone else ordering one? The fit and finish looks great. It will go in a little SP01 that is at CGW so I can't speak to it dropping right in but it should without issue. Nice to have a Tanfo option without mods too.

Had to go up to 10g on my guns for SW MP. Still lots of room in the case. I tried HS6 and it was FILTHY and the impact hit me weird in my hand. Tried all different loads from 168-173PF and it was just odd. SW MP felt really nice with a nice predictable impulse in your hand. Dot tracked much less side to side versus HS6. Also, the gun got very very hot quickly with HS6 and I needed two guns to practice with. Powder in a 9mm case was not even close to full. Plenty of room compared to 3N38, etc. Around here in Southeast MP is pretty easy to get.

With my Limcat KKM barrel guns with three popple holes I was at 10.0g at 1.165 and it was 172PF (this was 124g JHP PD)

I am having my CZ SP01 milled to accept this optic and will provide pics when done. I also talked to Stuart at CZC and he confirmed that these will not fit on the optics ready guns. Neither will the Romeo3 Max or XL due to the extra bit of length in front.

I have owned many 2011 and some have been THE very best. CZ are great guns and a fun platform to shoot. Heavy and well balanced. Would never even try and compare them to a 2011. 2011 are no longer an option for me and I don't miss them. Maybe the DWX gives hope during a tough time and something to look forward to. If it makes some people happy to desire one and they don't mind waiting then who cares. I do agree on the Sp01 platform. If the DWX changes the grip angle feel of that then I probably won't get one. Anyways, back to positivity and speculation on when if ever this thing will come out.

Let me piggyback on this post and say that rangepanda now makes some pretty spectacular optic covers for this optic. I sent one of my spares over to them and they created some very nice covers.

I have the brass palm swell on my SP01 and love love love them for the added weight, girth, and grip texture. They make a matching brass mag catch paddle now too. Wish the brass came in black but it is ok. They start to age/weather quickly. My next set will have some customization now that I know they can do that.

Looks like 2022 is the year of many hopeful things possibly coming back. The DWX is still such a sweet looking piece and an optics ready one would be the ticket. I agree with the above comment about getting an SP01. Great gun as well!

Unfortunately the way things are right now patience is a virtue that we all are having to figure out in some measure. I do miss my JP PCC guns. They always worked no matter what. Good luck.

You said it much more eloquently than I could. The lower mounting in the slide really is the icing on the cake. My SP01 is headed to CGW as we speak.

Running the R3Max in open I never had issues. Local buddies with them on their slides keep encountering zero issues weekly it seems.

I doubt it will hurt value much if you choose wisely on the optic. I passed on a custom Shadow as it was milled for DPP. Some guys buy a nice Shadow and have work done and then get it milled for a Burris or the like. No USPSA Carry Optics shooter will choose to buy that given the more superior optic choices currently.

Great plan! You will love it. I may grab a 6 in March to try out but I do love my 8moa ones.

I agree with you 100%. In the video it looks like Josh still has Glock mags though. Perhaps they will change this by the time it is released. I know the new JP design will be less maintenance heavy compared to an MPX.

The dot alone was way too small for me and I did not like the circle and the dot together.
