I have discovered the CZC A01 and quickly forgot about the DWX.

1.165 with 124g PD JHP

I can't take any credit for it but it looks like some modified mag bodies are in the works to make 170mm with Henning extensions and Grams guts. Should be 28ish reloadable when done. Hopefully the gent on this forum getting this done will update us when they are done.

I think you will like it. It is large but can be turned down a bit which helps.

170mm won't be legal in USPSA Carry Optics unless you are wanting to shoot open minor.

Heck I have an HK SP5 so this thing will be much more affordable and more competition oriented.

Just browsed the web page, am I correct that small frame billet AR are around $2,399? They referenced that price point. Another note, since this is not replacing the GMR it seems they are implying that this will not be offered as a retro kit for the GMR. I think it’s fairly safe that this is true. What do you think?

The footprint is same as Romeo3 Max and XL so same plate. Springer is what I used.

Thanks. I looked at the Cain. Very affordable if they work. I like the idea of a choosing a color. No mention of needing to use anything other than the stock guts.

Thank you. Does the cz custom base pad come with the spring and follower kit? I’m not seeing that on the website.

Are there any aftermarket base pad options to get closer to 170mm length or 27ish rounds? All I am seeing are options like CZC +3 or Henning +3, etc.
