For bay work, I use the cheapest steel-cased ammo I can find. For distance shooting, you'll have to test different loads and see what is the most accurate in your rifle.

My stock DPMS charging handle has yet to let me down.

I have a similar issue in my Kimber. I have to load SWC longer to feed, but there isn't enough throat in the chamber, so the rounds stick. I ended up just swapping to round nose bullets and haven't had any problems since.

If you plan on shooting Limited, you're going to want major scoring, so buy a .40. You already said you want a glock, and a "cool" gun, so buy a 35 or a 24. You already said you reload, so you can make minor pf ammo for 3 gun. The 4 rounds you give up to a 9mm won't make much difference.

A Para or RIA would be my choice.

I like round nose in a semi auto, although I shoot TC in my .40 and they feed well.

I shoot 180's

I loaded 3.2grn of titegroup on a 180grn bullet. It makes a good minor load. I would agree with the 3.4grn charge for the 155's.
