I use a 14lb recoil spring.

I just finished putting together a CO G17. I was really thinking about buying a Trubor, but ended up going the CO route. I have about $750 in the pistol, and another $200 in a holster and mags. With the money I had, I also bought an Arredondo speed loader bracket and tubes for my shotgun, and had $$ to spare. I haven’t used either in a match yet, but I think I’ll like CO. BTW, magazines were a big factor in my decision. I bought 3 140mm ETS mags, a 170mm ETS mag, and a 140mm magpul, all for the same money as one 140mm MBX 2011 mag.

It’s an AR. It oughtta be fine.

I figure it will run well out of the box. That’s enough to sell one to me.

I like heavier loads.

Not really.. Mine doesn't like Lee 200 grain SWC's, but I've had other guns give me trouble with that bullet too.

The worst thing USPSA ever did is change stage design to be 8 round neutral.

I don't unload my mags, if they are still full at the end of the match.

I trust my equipment enough to carry, and win matches.
