    I have DPP on my open guns and my CO guns. I prob have 15,000 rounds on one DPP which started on an open gun and is now on my CO gun. Not 1 issue. Ive seen multiple GMs have issues with the early RTS2. I think they have it sorted out by now, but I just like the DPP better..

    This is not the problem. The issue is they machine it too thin in the first chamber of the comp. They lower the first chamber side port down and also the sidewalls are thicker. I cracked 4 last year. The new design has been doing well Top is new design. Bottom is old..

    That gun runs flawless. The only problems I had with the gun was when the stock optic mount was used. I have a "tuned" aftec extractor too. When the gun is fully unlocked, the barrel just clears the thumb rest. The one on the evil hand site doesn't mimic the dimensions as the one on my gun. Basically, the cone part that prevents my thumb fat from getting pinched is shorter opening up that area more. Even tho it wasn't an issue

    I agree with what you're saying, but I feel like for the average shooter higher round count will give them every benefit they need. But opinions are like assholes

    IMO, if you can't get 29rds in a mag, you won't be competitive to win. I've shot with open 40 shooters or people who don't have big sticks and they just won't win. If you're okay with that, then it's fine

    I've had 0 issues since I put in an Aftec with 2 springs that are squished and a DPP. Also, since I'm a southie, with my thumb rest, I've had 0 issues. Ejector is stock and I use MBX mags

    7lb spring and also if you want it to be more flat, drill holes in barrel. Also, I'd say try 115s to have more gas to work the comp

    Sti is very good about warranty. It just sucks waiting to get it back. I'm on week 8. I get one back tomorrow tho! But, my backup DVC Open will be getting shipped out probably next week for a cracked comp... they claim to have redesigned the comp. I will take pics of my 2 next to each other to compare the revisions in the comp design. Although BE doesn't allow high res photo uploads and I don't wanna open some account somewhere to upload pics.

    I'd ditch the cmore slide ride. Best decision I've made as far as modifications for the gun
