  1. no problem Sir! We appreciate the kind words!!!!
  2. Accuracy is not affected when the barrel is properly reamed....... Loading short is like treating a symptom to a sickness, it cures one problem but doesn't fix the fact "leade" or freebore is not to spec. You can run into pressure issues when loading to short and cheat yourself out of being able to run a much wider range of ammo and projectiles.....
  3. Would also like to see a line for the SA hammer position and 1/2 cock, those are nice reference points to have.....
  4. As stated before whats the hammer travel distance between when the BOLO is installed and the factory interrupter in DA? Do you still get light strikes with the factory interrupter installed and in its current state? Problem #2 is a dwell timing issue with your gun. The barrel is unlocking and moving before the firing pin is retracted back through the breach hole. This normally isnt a cause for concern as several factory model guns on the market do this in their factory form. This does however become an issue if its removing material from the primer and dragging it back through the breach hole or possible bend the FP if the barrel is unlocking really soon on the FP.
  5. glad to hear, thanks for the feedback.
  6. SIII does not come with a bull barrel, accuracy of a gun depends alot of the precision of the shooter. SII, SIII, Lim Pro, Limited or whatever model you choose the shooter will be the limiting factor on accuracy. Unless your the equivalent to a ransom rest go with what feels best in your hands,
  7. Every tanfoglio pin out on the market has the ability to get stuck in the breach face. Its how you have your FP spring "Tuned or "clipped" which dictates if that's going to happen to you or not. If your cutting coils your increasing your chance of this happening. This isn't a sales pitch at all even though it may come off as one, but our FP spring has a "mechanical" stop built into it. Meaning that its designed to allow allow "X" amount of travel before it bottoms out on its self no longer allowing travel of the FP. Basically its designed to work from the lightest hammer springs impacting your FP to the heavy hitters and still maintain the ability to control your FP.
  8. We're still at least a month out on both the polymer version and aluminum version....... once again AT LEAST one month, we do however have a working model now that everyone seems to love once they handle them on a Tanfo. The key is getting everything moving towards production.
  9. The pics below show the palm swell version of our grips, which stay narrow up top. That's my wife's hand in the pic which she doesn't have very large hands and finds the grips extremely comfortable. Before these should would only run the Xtreme grips for the same reason you pointed out JOT...
  10. That's not the palm swell version there buddy........ That's the thumb scallop based off the original wood grip profile....
  11. guide rod... not sure how our grips will come in on weight with whats already out there
  12. Some of our Sponsored shooter will be receiving some beta units next week. Fingers crossed that they have great success and we'll be good to go. You'll probably see polymer versions first..... i think
  13. It takes a bit of trial and error on tight fitting guns as far as mix ratio and thickness. The micro-slick cerakote is awesome for inside the frame, goes on thin and has a great lubricity....
  14. turned out nice, i'm a big fan of the gun metal grey as well....
  15. Ill have you covered soon with at least .5oz of weight savings......
  16. Send me your gun, some ammo, and ill fix it........ plus I'd like to get a look of what's under the hood on this mythical beast
  17. I agree with SCTaylor here, Its not magic to get a gun with a 13lb hammer spring to set off CCI's. For sure a gun with a 14lb hammer spring will do the job. I've never had one leave the shop yet with anything more than a 14lb hammer spring that sets off CCI's.......
  18. Is that weight with the factory guide rod?
  19. Barrel Reaming is relatively cheap when you look at it from the aspect of being able to run a much wider selection of ammo. No, the chambers have not gotten any better from the factory as of yet.
  20. I see your one and Ill raise you 3 guide rods.........
  21. yaya i know, the lightweight guide rods are on the CNC lathe as we speak. I get side tracked easy
