  1. These guys above where correct in saying the safety needs to be fit to the sear. You can do this one of two ways... either shave the bottom side of the left hand sear arm until the safety fits underneath. Or, what we prefer to do is fit the safety to the sear by shaving material off the nub of the safety lever that fits underneath the sear arm. In either circumstance go slow and fit often, it doesn't take much.... a quick 2-3 second light pass with the dremel.
  2. It’s great to hear back from our customers! Thanks for the feedback.
  3. we have flush safeties in........ i think we got about 20 in on this last order
  4. We get them in pretty regularly but they sell out very quickly...... what is it that your Looking for?
  5. The pro is also to wide to add bosses on the slide that capture the optic, so we have to mill the slide super tight in order to keep it sandwiched in there......
  6. The FPB is completely functional after modification.... it just needs .200" removed from the OAL and the spring shortened. Mark mounted a Vortex Viper to his slide and out of the 10 or so Viper cuts we have done his was the first that needed a shim placed under it due to the fact he ran out of elevation while trying to zero the gun. He managed to find a shim that worked great for his application and hes up and running.
  7. Here's a Stock II we just finished with a Leupold DPP...... That about as big of an optic as your going to get on these guns......
  8. you guys are correct... the new comp surprising enough is not a cone fit and requires a custom bushing to be made in order for it to work. Why they did this i have no idea....... It does however improve the performance out of the gun and allows it to shoot much flatter than the factory comp. We are working with another custom firearms manufacturer to bring to market a 'Drop-in-ish cone fit comp" since we've received so much attention from these. So if you like to tinker and want some performance gains the comp wont disappoint.....
  9. Even a factory interrupter will begin to put a divot in the ramp over time... its just the way the stack up height lays out on these guns. Unfortunately dimensions vary greatly as we all know.....
  10. What has me worried is that you may have a timing issue on the gun if this just started for you. What happens is the SA breaks slightly to early before the trigger bar has moved far enough down on the SA cycle causing the BOLO wing to slightly impact the trigger bar. Depending how hard its hitting is dependent how long it takes to get wear on the BOLO wing..... this could happen as soon as a few hundred rounds or several thousand.
  11. Whats the bottom edge of the wing on the BOLO look like? Is it still square or does it look rounded out?
  12. Many optics share the same mount profile....... For instance i know the following will fit the same slide cut ( Docter, Vortex, Burris).... Only one that's considerably different is the Leupold DPP. Same as abve Only if its in old english.......
  13. If the new limpro has checking front and rear that's more than likely where the material increase is at.
  14. 21.2b Milling of slide — only as required to insert optical sights A slide may be modified specifically for the purpose of installing optical sights or cocking serrations. Textured finishes, grip tape, milling or stippling on the slide to provide texture is also allowed. Cuts that are designed to specifically or signific antly lighten the slide, such as holes, are ruled as competitive advantage and prohibited.
  15. That’s funny I just finalized our SF Firing Pin and grips....
  16. MM is correct..... this is a completely different company from anything in the past and has no affiliation with anyone at EAA. IFG are really good folks to deal with.
